I failed myself. After working so hard to be able to enlist into the military where I'm from I messed up a year and a half of my life working useless jobs working out and pushing myself towards my goal and I fell short. Why? Because I allowed my "gatekeeper" to lose focus when I needed it most now at times I feel incomplete and undriven and depleted. Days seems to go by faster than usual. But thanks for this video I'll use this to keep my mental space a bit clear. The funny thing about life is that you know how to get out of the pit but you just keep wallowing. Hopefully me listening to this everyday can push me to mentally attack my life day by day again and work on becoming a better version of myself once more🙏🏾
