I bought a 230i M Sport with no options but the M Sport and Dynamic Handling Packges...even the moonroof delete. This car is wonderful. I upgraded the tire/wheel to 255/35s on all four corners, it handles so, so well! If you don't need a monster 0-60 time, you don't need an M240. Get a 230 MS and save a bunch of cash too!
Could you give me the specs of the new wheels you put on for 255 square setup? My car is coming soon and wondering the offset and width of the wheels and if 255s clear the wheel wells. Thanks!

Currently have a 2015 mk7 Golf R and I've been totally obsessed with this 230i. Specd exactly the way you have it with the m sport and dynamic handling package and skipping the premium package. Sure I'd love the m240i with that extra 130 HP but they're almost impossible to find and if you do find one they're marked up like crazy. And from what I understand, because this new g42 2 Series is based on the 340 and 440i rear drive chassis as opposed to the m235i Gran coupe or mini Cooper front drive chassis, it feels super lively and nimble, like a true BMW should. Congrats... Can't wait till I get mine. By the way did you end up getting the shadow line package? I think I read that it's about $995 and blacks out certain parts of the car but I'm not completely familiar with exactly what it offers.
I just purchased this model in Alpine White with the Cognac (tan) interior, except without the M Sport package. It’s great to drive and simply beautiful with only the convenience options. Plus it’s a bargain at merely $39k. I really don’t think you need manny options to get get a really nice daily driver. Performance is just fine and plenty fast with more than adequate brakes. Terrific gas mileage and economical on trips.
I miss the dual circular headlights and the taillights should have gone in a little longer toward the middle of the back of the car but other than that I am loving it. That being said my favourite design of BMW ever is the 1M so it is quite a departure from the last few generations.
PLS explain! I thought only the m240i has the black lip on the front. I am quite sure the 220i and the 230i do not have that. even with the m sport package. but here the 230i has it. how?

@@KACE_BLUE that is come with option "shadowline package". U can open 2 tab on computer to build with/without option shadowline and see what is different easier
Ordering mine in a week. M240i with pro pack. Trying to decide between this Brooklyn grey or black sapphire. Interior will definitely be the red leather. Dealer says 3 to 5 month wait. Ugh
@@scottyk329 Brooklyn Grey is the way to go. I seen it in person and its beautiful. Unfortunately, i didnt want to wait too long as it will take 6 months to order so i decided to move to another direction, got a 2022 GR86..No regrets.
comment: the car is the talent. less person in center frame. more car. further back shots. walk around from all angles. some slow driving in parking lot. human is only good in shots when in the interior so we can see scale, etc. i know. captain nit pick over here. well IRRREGARDLESS, i have ordered mine. brooklyn grey m package with the black interior and the 797M Y 19"s. should start production soon! hoping for June delivery!

This is Brooklyn grey. Nardo, I believe is a bit darker. I’d go with the midnight purple. That color is hot!
