  • Yeah ik, I hit my camera during the video, but it wasn't too big of a deal.
This is Brain Warp from 1996-2002
A Fast and Furious motion controlled game.
"If You Don't Keep Up With Me, You're Finished."
    Gamemodes/How to play.
    Game 1: "Colors" (1-6 Players)
Tilt the game to the corresponding color on command. (Cap facing on top is the selection.)
You must score 44 points within 3 rounds to beat it. The game will get faster as you progress.
    Game 2: "Numbers" (1-6 Players)
Tilt the game to the corresponding numbers on command. (Basically, the same rules as Colors.)
    Game 3: "Combo" (1-6 Players)
The game will add both colors and numbers into play. Tilt to the corresponding ones on command and score 44.
Game 4: "Memory Match" (1-6 Players)
A sequence of both colors and numbers and told before you make a move, you must remember the order they're said in after the game finishes and says "start" then make your moves. (The amount of moves will get longer as you progress.)
Game 5: "Code Buster" (1 Player Only.)
A secret code is randomly generated for you to find within 60 seconds. Find it until time is up!
(Starts off with 5 and adds 1 more for each round.)
Game 6: "Pass Attack" (2-6 Players)
Each player takes a turn at creating a pattern trail that goes on until all players fail at it.

Holy smokes, this game gets faster than FRICK on round 3. I'm amazed that you were able to keep up as long as you did. The first round seems very easy in comparison, the first round more of less just seems like a warm up.
The voice of this toy reminds me of a Bond character for some reason, like imagine if James Bond actually got a mission where he has to complete this game? That would be dumb and funny.
5:01 Dang, you got it right, you just weren't _quite fast enough!_ The sound it makes when you fail is also very creepy.
    5:21 W A N N A W A R P A G A I N ? ? ? The way he said that was funny.
Numbers seems more difficult, because you can only see the numbers either if you got used to it, or if you're looking at them by the right angles. Again, I'm impressed you even managed to get as far as you did. At first, I thought maybe you wouldn't even get past round 2. It's clear that Colors is still easier.
8:14 Yikes, you almost messed up there, that was mighty close. This mixed mode seems even more difficult because of the unpredictability.
You're especially good at memory match. Now THAT one looks extremely difficult, unless you're able to cram multiple orders into your head, which some people are better at than others. That statement was funny, because you said you were bad at it, lol.
Code Buster looks WAY more difficult using this than with the Stick Shift. The rotation probably throws you off more easily, does it?
Well, that was a fun gameplay. I did enjoy this. Maybe you will inspire some other folks to show gameplay of this fun little machine.

The quickness of the game really makes it stand out from Bop its, sure, both can be hard, but Bop it can get easy within a few attempts. This no matter what, you might beat it once, but still have a struggle even afterwards. I believe that makes this more fun.
I do mainly play Colors more often than the other similar modes to it, that's probably why I have problems with the numbers. Both at once makes me struggle on what it's going to say.
I think the problem with Memory Match is it says everything too quickly, so I get extremely confused on what the order was.
Code Buster is mostly fine on my end, but yeah, it is a bit harder than Brain Shift somewhat.

@@frostbitetheglaceon4379 I agree, difficulty keeps games fun for much longer. Once something becomes easy for you, that just ruins its replay value.
I can understand why, because colors is generally treated like the normal way to play while I somehow see numbers and combo as "secondary".
One of the challenges of Memory match must be to stuff every command into your memory at the pace of the commands.

@StatickyCat I definitely agree with all of this.
Especially with the first one, because it makes me think that's what Tiger was going for with their original games. Hasbro alone kept selling Bop it variants. Tiger did new concepts/games all together, with very increased difficulty.
There is indeed more to the "Brain Series" (and different games in general) Brain Bash is another, but I've only owned Warp and Shift as of now. I am willing to try out/video Bash however, I just need to find good deals. Lol

@@frostbitetheglaceon4379 I never heard of Brain Bash, that's interesting! What do you do in that, do you have a motion sensing mech that you smash your head with to the beat of Blue? Nah probably not just kidding. But that sounds interesting.
