- In this video we will be watching one of my tumblers from a batch job of 54.
These are Polar Camel Stemless Wine Tumblers.
The laser is a xTool D1 Pro 20w
I am using the Ra2 Pro rotary with the chuck.
We go over some tips and tricks along the way that I have found make my life easier, especially with batch jobs.

Thanks so much for sharing. Excellent presentation.👍
My pleasure. Thanks for watching and commenting. :-)
I use the tape measure under the lever to keep it from scratching the glass when I lift it back up when setting the focal length.
That's a great tip. Thanks for sharing.
I just found your videos, and yes, I have subscribed. I recently bought an Xtool D1 w/10w laser, the rotary attachment, and air assist. Is this equipment able to do glasses, and bottles as you do in your videos? Would you recommend buying the LightBurn software to go with this? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Don't stop the videos, I do enjoy watching them. Thank you.
Hi there, thanks for watching and commenting. It means a lot that my videos are reaching people.
To your questions.
1. Yes these machines can do glasses. Check my other video on me doing a wine glass. Yes, I have the 20W module, but the 10W should be able to etch the glass as well once you dial in your settings.
2. I always recommend buying Lightburn. Yes, it sucks to have to purchase software, I love the idea of free software, but lets be honest...how many things in life are truly free that work well? Lightburn is used to run the top tier machinery out there...there is a reason for that, it's a great piece of software.
I will keep making videos, however my laser is currently broken, I will be doing a video on that soon..lol. Once I get it back operational, we will keep on keepin on and put out more content for you guys and gals. :-)
Can you a stemless wine glass? 20.5 ounces
Yes, it can be done. I don't have any on me as I've not had any orders to make any. If I get any in stock, I can do a video of one.
Yup, can be done.
How much do you sell the tumblers for?
Hi there. They retail for $20. Businesses who order in bulk get very good discounts so they can resell them and be profitable.
I try to keep my retail margins at 70% or better and b2b margins at 50% or better.
