GoW 2 has a more respected place in my heart. Probably because it was my first grind of GoW. I had GoW 1 as well but the gore in the first game was too much for me. I was just a small kid when I saw the dragon's eye get pierced right through his skull. That scarred me for life lol.

I think out of all the games that released on the PS3 and Xbox 360, this one truly showed just how large the graphical jump was from the PS2/Xbox era. This game was a true next generation title and an incredible end to the trilogy.
I do enjoy the small banter between Hera and Kratos- he seems to pity her to a degree and doesn’t seem as aggressively hostile towards her compared to all the other gods. It seems oddly wholesome when you compare it to the rest of the game
The funny thing about the apple Hecules was told to retrieve is that it was guarded by a vicious dragon and Hercules was too chicken to steal it himself, so he had Atlas do it for him.
Recently purchased this game in honor of the new one coming out and all I can say is that this game was far more advanced for a 10 year old game I really enjoyed it !!!!

Kratos teaming up with Deimos & Hercules in GOW 3 would’ve made things more interesting. Would’ve like to see how the Demi God Trio would’ve been if they actually teamed up against Zeus and the other Gods, especially if both ended up dying while they were fighting the Gods would’ve made things more depressing for Kratos but could’ve made his anger and power increase more.
The fact that people tried to tell me that’s this gameplay style was outdated and needed to be changed is laughable. GOW 2018 is a fine game but would have been a masterpieces if it had gameplay like this.

Here Hercules is a dark reflection of Kratos both kill their own families because the deception of a God the difference is that Kratos chose to revel against Ares meanwhile Hercules chose to become Hera pet. In the end Kratos is seeing what would happen if he kept fallowing the gods orders of the gods blindly. Hercules become proud and corrupt, he’s doesn’t care anymore about his family, he forgot that the labors were made so he could redeem himself of the madness that made him killed his family. Kratos gave him many warnings but in the end the desire for glory end up being Hercules undoing.
Chris Judge really does have the superior voice for Kratos. Haven’t played the original trilogy in years and hearing the old voice….I am glad they went in a new direction.

Well, this is one of the times that Kratos wished not to kill Hera and Hercules. Look how he calmly talked to Hera and asked for Pandora's location. But since Hera refused, Kratos held a bitterness towards her but still didn't angry or mad at her.

At this point it does not matter if you play it on ps5 the PS4 version can handle it without problems, the PS3 version looked incredible as well.
Theres zero benefits to running this game on ps5 or even the PS4 pro runs at 1080p 60fps on all of them

Unpopular opinion but the combat in GOW3 (and prior GOW) was far and away better than current-gen GOW. Faster, tighter, more fun.

I hate the Norse Kratos, he seems so weak compared to the Greek Kratos. Yet, most people says he's getting stronger.

They should have made Hercules a tougher boss seeing how he is the greatest demigod in Greek Mythology
I found him tough but lore wise? he has infinite strength due to him holding the heavens in one of his labours and the heavens are stated to be infinite

These graphics. 🔥🐐 Mannnnn over the years, it is amazing how I’ve been through all the game mechanics and changes and it gets better and better and better every generation of gaming.
Well, this is one of the times that Kratos wished not to kill Hera and Hercules. Look how he calmly talked to Hera and asked for Pandora's location. But since Hera refused, Kratos held a bitterness towards her but still didn't angry or mad at her.
