Back in the day the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix was there I’ve seen 2 and been to about 3 of the cars.
It’s a Pilgrimage for sure.

@@hyper2high Agreed. 24 Hours of Le Mans, Monaco F1 GP, Indy 500, Daytona 500 are all historic, but none of these tracks are anything like Mount Panorama

24h of the Nürburgring is the greatest race in the world imo! So many different manufacturers, different classes of cars and drivers, the day and night cycle and just the track makes it better than everything else i think

I had a "racing simulator" in early 2000's, and even then I held my breath through the "chase".
Yea crazy assuies, I can feel my stomach rise as the car gets really light then hoping it lands square on its rubber.
i play iracing at bathurst in a supercar and the mountain either blesses me or it hates me, its truly special no matter how you see it

Awesome Bathurst intro as always, just a pity the race will not be broadcast live on RUclips as all of the Practise sessions were. Great build up to the race but no race, it makes no sense.
I know this is an old comment, but to put it simply, it's promotional. If they streamed the race for free they would loose money. You will never get to see something as big as Bathurst for free
Considering Supercars are now putting old Bathursts and decent highlights on their RUclips for free i guess Supercars are losing money, please stop posting free races Superacars.

@@doric_historic Because Fox broadcasts the races live on tv. If they were to stream the races for free, they would loose money by not selling subscriptions for their service. How hard is it to understand?

Iam neither ford or holden but love Bathurst and now it’s over for me as I won’t watch the American rubbish (RIP) Aussie built cars, because that was the great race.

Loved Bathurst back when it was Australian and imported production car racing. Now it's just another round of the purpose-built imported supercar series.
