- Miley Cyrus Talks About her Father Billy Ray Cyrus and her Mother Tish Cyrus in New Exclusive Interview with Netflix for a new season of My Next Guest Needs No Introduction With David Letterman.
When asked if she ever felt if her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, was her hero, the “Flowers” singer replied, “I mean, honestly, my mom is my hero. My father - I’m grateful for, first, his genes. My dad has great hair and I got that.” The 31-year-old added said she’s grateful for the “map” he’s guided her on for what to do and what not to do and said that she has "a lot of love" for him.

Yup, he walked so she could run. I’m glad to see that she isn’t like, “i WoRkeD rEaLlY hArD wItHouT hElP”. I don’t hate on anybody with privilege because that’s ultimately the goal - to succeed so that your kids can have more opportunities than you did. But unfortunately a lot of people (Jenners/Kardashians) conveniently forget all the help they get along the way and act like they’re self-made. Miley Cyrus seems like a really level-headed and self-aware person.
