    Sir in case of spine injury and emergency intubation is it recommended to use a combi tube. Since the tube is rigid it might actually affect the cervical spine and also since tube is rigid it might damage the trachea. What would be the most recommended method in case of emergency intubation

    In combi tube, 1,2 out of which should be connected to ambu bag for ventilation

      you need to check the abdomen and lung by auscultation whether the tube is in oesophagus or lung.

    Sir .How long can kings airway ?
    Combitube? Be kept inside?

    How long can LMA be kept?

      Usually LMA till 4 hour..it's manufacturer advice... All these are rescue devices in emergency settings so go for definative airway as the help arrives
