Soooo, if you are reading this before watching the video, well it's the spoiler for the in video surprise. Technically I'm bring the first beer to the channel. I promised you guys there was gonna be more and here we go. Below is my recipe for a Mexican Ale I call No Walls.
    No Walls (Mexican Ale)
    Ingredients:
Grains (are added during the mash/steeping step) for 60 minutes
    2 pounds/907 grams
American Pale 2-Row - has a rich malt flavor with hint of biscuit and nut. and contributes a rich, pale golden color to wort.
    8 ounces/227 grams
Caramel 15L Malt - is a malt that produces light golden hues, and has a mellow, candy like sweetness and a subtle flavor similar to spun sugar.
    Adjuncts
    4.8 ounces/136 grams
Light Blue Agave Syrup added last 15 minutes of boil
    Hops
    .125 ounces/3.54 grams
Zamba (9.8 A.A.) added last 15 minutes of boil
characterized by juicy tropical fruits (pineapple, mango), stone fruits, candy, and orange tangerine.
    OG - 1.050 to 1.060, IBU's 13
    Mash/Steep at 150ºF (65.5ºC) for 60 minutes
Boil wort for 60 minutes (or until desired gravity/volume reached)
Chill or allow wort to cool down to the pitching temperature of your yeast choice
    Ferment at recommended temperature(s).
Allow to ferment out until complete (1 to 2 weeks)
Transfer off lees/trub to fermenting bucket, then add 1 ounce/28 grams of priming sugar or white table sugar
Bottle and allow to carbonate for 2 weeks
Put in fridge and allow it to cool down
    Remove when nice and cold
    Enjoy!!!
Hope you guys enjoy and hope to see you and new subscribers next year!
