For pure survivability in solo content, I think either Void or Strand with Karnstein and Vexcalibur is nuts: Void makes you invisible, Strand gives access to Woven Mail plus the constant refresh on Resto x2.
@@kobarau I recommend running arc with vesper + arc glaive. Especially in this GM where so many spawns are telegraphed. Block with glaive to get in, drop rift, blinds everything. You can stun overloads and unstops with just your rift and grenade.

“The moment I melee” was the worst possible time to melee considering he had no health and no OS to refresh with said melee. Melee when you have half-shield to get back to full… after you’ve gotten something low enough to kill in one hit.
I’ve been experimenting with something similar on Hunter but with Buried Bloodline. With invis and special finisher on Buried Bloodline feels like a primary because I never run out of ammo. Survivability is very high because of near constant devour and you don’t have to get as close up for using Vexcalibur. Though now I want to try it with Vexcalibur.

Kinda funny to have the intro bring you to twitch stream only to find out you have to watch the stream until final shape just to have the points to enter your build.
Titan, Strand, Lament, Stronghold = Best tank. You've got banner of war, woven mail, resto x2 and infinite almost invincible block. Bulwark finisher if you wanna go real hard into tank. AND your block tanks explosions too

These builds have been great Cross! Can you try solo builds next or at least notify what each build can be recommended for as like a voting percentage scale of solo, teams, and pvp based on your experience with them?
Cross, there hasnt been one single "new" build on here lol. All these builds have been being used for months if not longer, its just fun to watch them head to head. We almost ALL know how to play said builds, listen to your chat.
@thunderchief7256 My issue with Edge of Concurrence is that its entire exotic perk is literally just a wave-frame shot. On its own, that doesn't sound bad, but considering it's Arc, on Hunter, means that in order to use the superior melee, you have to swap off the weapon. I'd say that Arc Hunter has some of the best Melee abilities in the game, and it would be easier to spec for that and just use either of the Arc wave-frames than use Edge. And poor Winterbite, that damn thing has been gimped to hell and back. I'd consider using it more, but the stasis exotics we have in the kinetic slot are just way easier to deal with
If the "buff" to severnce was tied to each sub class type it would be an S tier. If every finisher aplied blind for arc, volitile for void, i guess scorch for solar, slow for stasis, and unravel for strand it would be perfect.
Made a hunter build similar. Used graviton forfeit and vexcalibur instead. Trappers ambush all day with all the finisher/melee mods. Always invisible and always have trappers ambush

Do you really need gryfalcons? I mean dodging is risky. How about the one exotic no one uses the triton vice. You would also get the explosions on the projectile finals, just maybe not as powerful.
for everyone putting build ideas in chat . idea is in intro you be in stream chat at time to submit thy eggplants and dim build and wait for someone else to do the same and the two builds go head to head.
(3x) Focusing Strike is totally useless with this build. First of all, you barely use melees in a GM, but other than that, I'm pretty sure glaive melees don't count as powered melee attacks.
You don't melee with the glaive. The Focusing Strike is for when you Trapper's Ambush into a group of ads. It recharges your class ability for the next invis dodge, which then gives you another Trapper's Ambush charge to repeat the cycle. The build plays off generating orbs with Reaper & Echo of Harvest, that he used to generate ammo with special finisher.
You were using the hunter build wrong, plus there are other exotics that will boost the Glaive or melee dive better than Gyrfalcons. I guess he was trying to go more for the finisher and survive with the over shield. But still he wasn't dodging for the emergency OS. Definitely the titan won but like I said he wasn't using the build correctly. Nice to see the builds though.
Why gyrfalcon's instead of triton vice? You didn't go invis with your weapon that much anyway. Atleast with triton vice, you can get extra 100% damage with the melee when surrounded.
Glaives are tanky but strand titan with strongholds is just too juicy if you know how to use it, but it just seem cross is struggling trying the builds properly due to not understanding them or failing to act on his understanding of the build.
