Ive used gel pens for at least 17 years. I bought some when we lived in Hong Kong, and I loved them, so I continued collecting them, i now have a huge collection from sakura to asda gel pens. i have done the heat embossing with them a long time ago, its nice to be reminded of it.
Thank you for showing me how to emboss with gel pens. I don't have any embossing ink pads, but I do have gel pens. You have changed my world, I can emboss, WOW! (I do have some powder a friend gave me,)
Love this technique. Thanks. I came over here from a facebook group. Just a little tip, use a clothes pin to hold your piece of paper while you emboss it. That way you can hold it in the air and also your fingers will not get hot. ( except for that piece that was embossed all over) There are actually little tong hands that are made to do that but a clothes pin is usually free! PS I really like your background music.
Thanks Marilyn.....great tips......I love to have music playing while I craft....it sometimes covers the backgound noises around here😆Life in suburbia!!
Hi Denise, I have had so many questions regarding that....In this video, I explain it.....towards the end.....ruclips.net/video/eTOJ09A-Yt4/видео.html💕
Hi Bernice, I made my little glue holder myself! I am currently away from my computer but I made a video and it’s called “You asked for it!” I would normally give you the link, but if you can’t find it, please send me an email tillie2145@gmail.com and I will send you the link when I get home. Thanks for watching🩷
Hey Terri, that is a gadget I bought in $2 shop. It's meant to attach to a wall or cupboard and you poke the corner of a teatowel in to hold it. I filled it with Blue-tack and stuck a piece of fun foam on the base and my glue stays upright, and ready to go. I mentioned in this video here; ruclips.net/video/eTOJ09A-Yt4/видео.html
If you are in Australia, you can shop with me here; www.stampinup.com.au/products/stylish-shapes-dies They are Stampin' Up! STYLISH SHAPES #159183. If you are not in Australia, you will have to contact your local Stampin' Up! Demonstrator......Google Stampin' Up! in your country....💞
Hi, be careful when you buy gel pens!!! I didn’t look close enough on the package and the ones I bought said “quick drying and smear proof”!!!! 🤣. Did not work!!! So I heat embossed a stamp and colored it in using the gel pens!!!!
Please Please Please do a short video SLOWLY making a bow like you did here. Bow-making is my 😡!I’ve even bought bow platforms. I’ve tried everything, & never get a good bow. It takes me forever and to see you do that so quickly… But though I kept stopping the video, I still couldn’t get the steps. So, would you PLEASE teach those of us who want/need to know how you did it! Thank you.😵💫😎
Thanks for watching Susan Ellis. I am a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator in Australia as my channel name would suggest......and I do have products to promote. However, I do make two cards, using this particular technique, in two different ways in this video, so I'm pretty sure it does come under the heading CARD MAKING TUTORIAL. But thanks for taking the time to watch my video and comment💔

Hi! What is the thing your using to hold your glue upside down?
Hi Denise, I have had so many questions regarding that....In this video, I explain it.....towards the end.....ruclips.net/video/eTOJ09A-Yt4/видео.html💕
Jill, I'm curious about your glue holder...do you mind sharing where you got it?

I checked on Amazon for the tea towel holders (I'm in Canada).
What brand jell pens please? I tried the jell pens I have on hand and nothing stuck to them. Thanks
I got some from Amazon...BUT, someone commented that there are now QUICK DRYING gel pens, don't get those....read description. I hope this helps...💕
What is the thing you put your Mono glue upside down?
Thanks for watching, you can see that explained in this video....ruclips.net/video/eTOJ09A-Yt4/видео.html 💞
There are videos on RUclips that show how to tie bows using a fork. It may ease your frustration with tying bows.
Thank you, great tip💕
Beautiful!!! TFS Llinda
Thank you💞
What are you storing your glue in?

@@merakimaeven Thank you for the written description. Its on my list! Enjoyed your videos!
Great idea to cut out the sentiments from the middle of the card!!
Saves card stock and in my case, looking for a scrap that is just the right size😁💖
Where can I get those dies?

I tried it but my gel pens dry too quickly. I am going to buy some cheap ones and maybe they’ll stay wet longer.
Yes, sometimes it's trial and error. I had some dry ones and it was a good opportunity to toss the ones that didn't work!!!😄
Fussy cutting is my pet hate, I have a scan n cut for those stamps that don’t have dies..
Yes, it's not my favourite thing either!😆

Oh dear!!! I didn't know they had quick drying ones!!!!😳
I do love watching you make beautiful cards but the music gets on my nerves
Please Please Please do a short video SLOWLY making a bow like you did here.

I'll try and put that in my next video for you Debbie💞
Ah, you’re the best!
I have made the video, and it features tying the bow here; ruclips.net/video/NeVYdNuLT6s/видео.html
