Gorgeous cards!!! I am not as precise as you are when having to fix "oopsies", so I'm glad you included them in your video. Hopefully, I'll do it the easier way the first time. Love ALL these cards! 🩷
I love perfect pearls… i love how had no waste - i do my best to use scrap pieces and make additional cards if i can - just make sense.. Beautiful cards - love that hello die- hope it is listed below- Happy crafting!
Lovely cards & that extra step is definitely worth it. Thanks for including how you fixed your mistakes & late additions. We all do it & it’s good to see the card can end up looking so pretty. The gnomes are adorable!
Thank you so much Allison and I’m so glad you’re ok with all those mistakes! 😄. I also think that painting on the mica powder adds a lot to the final look. 😊❤️❤️
Super big thanks Stella!! And the Perfect Pearls were something I hadn’t used in quite a while, so I too was glad to get them out and dust them off! 😄❤️❤️
You have the best ideas and these cards turned out beautifully. Love them all, especially the gold congratulations one. Thank you Karen and have a wonderful day xx
Love it, beautiful ! I really like the paint brush technique vs the splatter technique, just individual preference. Thank you so much for the inspiration.. I can’t wait to try this on some of my Christmas card embossing folders. P.S. new subscriber ❤
Great job. These are remarkable cards. You create like I do. Oops! That won’t work. How do I fix this. Yay. I’ve got an idea. That’s the way I work. It’s fun.
I totally agree with you Beth - sometimes the best things come out of all the bungles and your brain gets a bigger workout than expected! 😂. Thank you so much! ❤️❤️
So beautiful!!! Can you tell me if a spritz of water is enough to set the mica powder as I usually find it rubs off quite easily. Thanks for providing inspiration yet again!
Thank you so much Anne! I think a spritz of water is meant to be good for the Perfect Pearls because it has an adhesive mixed into it. I’m not sure about the others, but usually, you can do a quick spray of hairspray or a fixative if you’re worried. Also. If you mix the Perfect Pearls with water and paint it on, that will definitely set it. I hope that helps! 😄❤️
Hi Lyn, you don’t need to heat set the Perfect Pearls. They have an adhesive built into them that sets them when exposed to water. So you can mist them lightly with water or actually mix the powder into some water to paint on. I also have a mister bottle with some of the powder mixed in with some water and then you can use that to lightly spray your work to get an all over metallic shine. I hope that helps! 😄❤️
Absolutely beautiful cards! Thank you for the inspiration. xxx❤💖💖💖
Thank you so much Christine! That mica powder is always so pretty! 😄❤️
