These are just gorgeous ! However, I didn’t realize that the mica would stay on the card , even over the versa unless it spritzed with some type of finishing spray or adhesive …

Thank you for the video - does the Mica Powder need "sealing" at the end? I seem to remember in the past being told to mist them with water.

I'm confused why you waited for the VersaMark dots to 'dry' and the stamp with VersaMark was 'powdered' right away? Why?

Never heard of blotting the 'versamarked' stamp first before doing the actual stamp. Must try this. Love the technique you have used here.

I just stumbled across your video and was intrigued with this method. I have used embossing powders but not mica powders. Wow, I must try this technique! Thank you for the video.

Will you be at the NEC at the weekend?

  • @indiesindie1984

Brilliant! Thanks! I didn't know I could use Mica powder for embossing. I've only used it to add metallic shimmery elements to my acrylic paints.

I have a stack of mica powders that I haven’t known what to do with! Thanks for that 😀
