How about we nerf Turbo Build instead? someone once mentioned how removing turbo building is a double edged sword, it would be more difficult to build for everyone, including casuals. They did this before in S10 Chp1 and the only reason why it was a bad idea was because it was for every mode and the meta of S10 Chp1 was mechs and miniguns.
Right, I hate to sound ungrateful, but they keep missing with the OG mode. There are so many inconsistencies, but the biggest thing for me was them adding bots and the movement animation (the animation, not the sprinting, etc). I really hope they fix a lot of stuff with an update, cause right now I get similar vibes of 2023 OG

My problem is the inconsistency. They bring in some modern elements (new gun models, new UI/HUD, new movement, reboot vans) but leave out others. Chocolate and apple are great on their own but blending them up in a smoothie doesn't make them better.

Full og game mode would work really well imo. The players who have gotten used to the new movement could just play the different variation of the og mode and the returning players can get the full og experience. Also I think that this would even make the full og mode more enjoyable and less sweaty as the players who have been constantly playing would probably not want to play with the og movement hence less skilled/experienced players.
not a lot of ppl are talking about it but they also need to bring back the old camera, it really really made it feel like how it was, its very noticeable back then when you were falling from high up and the camera was trying to catch up to you instead of it being 100% connected to the player model

last year's OG was between season 5 to season X and season 5 was peak fortnite thats why it got that ammount of players, maybe we'll get more players when chapter 1season 4 comes
I played a couple games without using new movement and I turned off turbo building and it was one a much better og experience and two the gameplay wasn't bad, it wasn't too slow the fights were fun and it wasn't too hard to go back and forth between og and battle Royale so this would be a great plan
If you don't want SBMM, it means you are playing very well and want to kill people who play very badly. or you don't know what your SBMM means? and this does not bring you closer to "OG" but takes you away from "OG". and the addition of bots to the game is not because of bad players but because Epic does not bother to separate good players (I'm talking about adding these in chapter 1). If you do not want bots, you can already play ranked. (I'm talking about the current ranked and you can either ask them to add ranked to "OG") Arena mode was added to the game in season 8 on March 27, 2019. However, competitive people do not work their brains by trying to play the game well, constantly training. and they do not choose ranked mode. they do not have that much brain. That is why SBMM is really needed in the game. If Epic cannot or does not want to make more SBMM tier, then yes, bots must be added. I am talking about facts.

This is a good idea. The third mode should be almost an EXACT replica of OG. I tried the OG season but sweats building everywhere and editing on me just ruins it for me. I just want a chill experience to have fun with. Zero build is alright but building is part of the game - building bases with friends was a core part of the experience. Honestly really disappointed by how epic brought back OG.
The 3rd mode needs these specific things to make it perfect, No turbo-build, edit and building delay, The full OG models of guns/Icons, Full OG movement, and no sbmm and bots. And they can't have simple edit in this. This will be the mode that separates the sweats/competitive side of OG fortnite, and the casuals/wanna play for OG fortnite was style.
I also just remembered, me personally for the real OG feel if I were them I would legit copy every file from season 1 and put it into the game. But knowing fortnite they obviously remember, but what I was also gonna say to add because this will make building even slower, (if there were to be a 3rd mode), is for them to add when u ran out mats u have to switch it. Meaning it won't switch automatically like it does rn. Trust me the little things are what will make it perfect, I mean maybe even add the OG settings so everyone will have to find their right settingh again and take away all the new settings they've added. Why "OG" Fortnite sucks azz: - turbo build - chapter 5 movement - latest HUD - no og effects (running trail, explosions) as others have mentioned - not enough ziplines (might as well just not add them at all) - reboot vans (debatable) - zero build has no mobility, they could've come up with new items that suit the c1s1 map for this mode in particular - loot is mildly different - item and weapon characteristics are a mix between latest and s1 - map rendering is buggy, clearly no work was put into optimizing the map for ue5 (you literally see textures being streamed at your feet) => Essentially, most of it is not OG. It simply looks like OG and adopts some parts of OG.
og mode should: -get fov a little lower -remove sprint/slide -bring back those few models we didnt get -add some fog and weather color/ old storm to make graphics look much closer to what was on UE4 -disable turbo building. simple edit might stay, but at least remove turbo buidling. -MINI SHIELDS. It WAS in s1, why is it not here?! this mode rn feels ok, but we can improve that.

As I look further into it and play Fortnite OG, I realize it'll never truly be the same, but the only way to make it anywhere close is to either re-release the OG UE4 Fortnite in its own app, or replicate literally everything in its own app: no turbo build, no quick edits, no crossplay, no bots, Y to scroll weapons and builds on controllers, old movement and animations, old rarities, old draw distance, the old amount of fog, the old effects, no moving while healing, all of it. Make the maps loop from season 1 through to season 4 once a month, maybe make the loot pool a mix of the season 1-4 weapons and damages if the balancing is an issue, have a different LTM from the old selection every week. This is the only way they're actually gonna pull the OG players. Make the skins a progression system like Halo Reach in MCC, like a big battle pass of OG skins you get for completing a massive list of challenges, the best skins like Black Knight, John Wick and Renegade Raider being obtained by getting wins just like crown rewards in Fall Guys. They can still sell gliders, pickaxes and emotes and make a profit. EPIC GAMES YOU CAN USE THIS IDEA FOR FREE PLEASE USE THIS IDEA FOR FREE

atp they just need to make a whole separate game for OG Fortnite, because making it a game mode on the main BR game is just not it, and it won't work. All they need to do it just upload a copy of old fortnite version builds to a separate game for download, with it's own servers.
The OG mode has been controversial, and people have a right to be voicing their discontent, it's not OG Fortnite, it's some new abomination. Marketing your experience as "you're bringing back the game as it was" will come with the expectation that you'll do just that. They knew it wasn't OG, I guess it's another case of Fortnite not knowing their target demographic. The target demographic of the OG was supposed to be the returning players, not the sweats from Chapter 6. Sweats can play Chapter 6, the returning players don't care about Chapter 6, they wanted OG, and they didn't get that, they scared them away to uninstalled Fortnite again, rightfully Epic Games and Fortnite higher ups need to get it together.

Just make it like ground game, which a lot of you probably know ball about, but for those you don’t it was an ltm where you could only hold like 3 builds so you had to find cover and also use your materials very wisely it added a ton of strategy and leveled out the skill level when I played it
When they say they're bringing back "OG Fortnite" that means they should bring EVERYTHING that was in it, the movement, the graphics, original gun models, the map, getting rid of turbo build and have it the exact say way it was.
Honestly I think the og is good, people asked for og and we got og. the loot, the map, the graphics, even the damage. I think it’s perfectly fine, people just feel the need to complain because they’re losing games or they don’t feel the same as they felt when they were a kid, which let’s face it it’s never going to feel the same because you are simply not a little kid anymore. So what if the movement isn’t the same. The new movement helps the game be at a faster pace. If the movement was removed then people would complain it’s too slow. Overall, there’s always gonna be something to complain about, I suggest to just enjoy it while it’s still here.

I dislike the new OG. Think about it, the old, casual players are coming on to have fun with their friends and gets squadwiped 2 min after landing by some kid who wasnt even born when season 1 came out. Its not fun. Its too sweaty, i dont know what went wrong in the matchmaking, but in chapter 6, you would have fun killing the fellow casual players before a sweat lasers you with an AR across the map. It feels like the OG has only sweats, and thats why its not fun. Sorry for the yap session

Crossplay always existed in fortnite, it wasnt in open match making but if i logged into my friends ps4 epic account on pc and added myself in season 0 i could join his lobby so you could always crossplay with friends it was just season 3 where it got properly integrated
For og UI, I don’t know why fortnite doesn’t just do what BO6 did and add a customize HUD option where you get pick the og UI, the new one, or make your own.
My only issues are that movement and other mechs aren’t OG, some models aren’t OG, and the graphics don’t feel OG still. I don’t believe the mode necessarily needs to be copy paste each season (not that I’d mind), but it needs to at least be chapter 1. In the end though, it was advertised as OG, so we should get OG.
I would like to mention that shotguns still don't behave the way they did back in S1-S4, before the shotgun nerf in S4, the headshot damage was dealt to the upper quarter of the body (upper chest, shoulders, neck and head) following the nerf it was just the head. Adding this feature back would make the damage more consistent.

I feel ungrateful putting down the game, but it really isn't the same. So far with playing, the only 2 types of people I have run into are bots who try to shotgun you from 150 meters away, or sweats who play Fortnite all day every day. There are seriously some things they need to tweak out.

Now that I've been playing a bit of OG, I have gotten so emotional. I didn't even start before season 2 was already halfway through, but that makes me even more emotional. I wish I had started earlier, but then I would have missed things in real life. For some reason I also feel bad for not buying battle pass in s2&3, but I was a KID (like most of you probably then) and I didnt know how the game and BP worked. Other than that, what makes me emotional about OG is that it was a huge part of my childhood, I played it almost every day with my best friends and had a lot of fun, and sometimes the game made me cry. But that's what I miss. The time with my friends, that time when no one knew how to play, me being a kid with lot of freetime and imagination... I wish I could go back in time, but not change a thing, because that's how my story is written.

From someone who played a month after release, the real issues are with how modern it feels. If they plan to cycle the seasons, limit the skins being able to be used in relation to where OG is at, limit some of the movement, wash out the colours more. Simple things.

The ONLY THING from the new seasons and chapters that I agree could be in OG mode is the reboot vans, and this is for a better experience while playing with friends. I think we all agree that it was very frustrating to die right at the beginning of the matches. Sometimes I played with friends who didn't have much time to play, and when they died, we had to leave the match, or it would be very boring for them. But of course it was pretty boring to die early on and just have to watch them all play too.😅 I NEVER criticized this game until we got to Chapter 1 Season 8. For me, everything could be like it was in Season 7 or the previous ones, I literally couldn't get enough of playing.

The thing behind the lower playercount in the first 24 hours, OG was much more wanted last year. Ofcourse a lot of people (including me) wanted OG to be permanent, but when those 4 million other people logged into OG last year, they would just die to sweats. People that are either unemployed or have nothing else to do in their life is the reason why people don't play OG anymore. They should add a mode without turbo build, OG movement and OG guns. Then sweats can't build like they're used to and returning players can actually compete. This is my ideal version of OG Fortnite.
Tbh I like keeping the movement like sprinting and mantling. We’ve had sprinting be a part of the game for years and I feel like if we went back to exactly how it was years ago it would be extremely hard to play
I swear that they added the option to turn off crossplay in your settings last season in Chapter 2 Remix. These changes would be so simple and would 100% guarantee them more financial gain. And would in my opinion, give them a second prime Fortnite era.

I started playing in Season 2 chapter 1. I was watching fortnite on youtube till I got it finally downloaded which was season 2 of course. I do miss the old times, but I also miss the old Fortnite version, the cartoonish graphic, models and overall look of the game is the thing that I immediately loved. Entire climate of the game was absolutely different than it is now. I'm looking forward for this idea, I want them to bring everything original. I hope that they will consider it and bring it back.
They should go trough the runescape path and make "Oldschool fortnite" a separate game, and release all the old skins and stuff there as a separate experience
i love how literal solo developers are capable of launching perfect 1-1 OG fortnite recreations, but ohh ''its too much to expect from a multi billion dollar company''. SBMM and bots ruined everything, and it did the opposite effect for me. Friday was so much fun, the lobbies were balanced, there was sweats, but there were also average players ( the majority of the lobby) this made it super competitive and rewarding to get top 10. all the kids with no thumbs complained to epic and ofc theyre gonna cater to those kids more then their loyal supporters and older player base. ever since they changed to SBMM epic decides to put me in the sweatiest lobbies ever when im an average player who barely builds.. it really ruined everything for me and its frustrating bc it was so much fun on friday and half of saturday. leave it to big corps and soft casual noobs to ruin the fun... always lol
Honestly I have no problem with the movement in og currently but I will say that for the people that said it was hard to get away from storm without the new movement, I’ve been caught up in storm during this OG mode and if your unlucky and can’t find heals then it’s over regardless I couldn’t even find bandages despite all the chests I’ve opened 😭, I do have a sort of prediction on why the OG game mode didn’t perform as well as we thought it would, one is the OG movement, yeah it was a bummer they didn’t add OG OG movement which I was looking forward to but it didn’t happen, second is the animation change(since chapter 5) as far as im concerned there was a lot of people who wanted the OG animation style to come back and they just said fuck it and didn’t add it back didn’t even ATLEAST try to replicate it, I’m also pretty sure people stopped playing the game because of this change not only was the animation change just shoved in our faces on the release of chapter 5 cuz I sure as hell didn’t know this change was coming till about a few days before chapter 5 released which IMO was a big problem because it didn’t give people enough time to process this change especially since the original run animation was around since the beginning and all they told is “we’ll get use to it” I’m personally waiting for that faithful day id get “use to it” 😂😂

i think fortnite would get 2-3x as many players if THEY ALSO made a 1-1 og recreation. This would also give bad/Casual players a way to actually play battleroyale without it being zero build, this way they could play FORTNITE, with builds, the way its meant to be, without dying every single fight they take a fight.
i don't know if we want og fortnite to be exactly as it was before, but to have fun again and to play casually with builds on without being matched up with 90 bots and 10 sweats. I'm sure that if they make such relevant changes to the game, for example the crossplay, bot disability, turbo build and maybe graphic options, no one would gaf about what the game was at some point because they'd be having an actual fun experience now. people don't want og back, they want to enjoy the game
Also in OG in addition to no turbo building on console at least there wasn’t customer build controls or builder pro for that matter. I think you were limited to combat pro and one other. I think adding that aspect back to the game would make it more casual cus it would be even harder to build
I'm more of a casual player and enjoy the atmosphere of Fortnite a lot more. My only wish is for OG to finish adding the old models that are missing (SCAR, Epic+ RPG, Bolt, and Scoped AR), and for the movement *animations* to return to what they were before Chapter 5 (Chapter 1-4). I do see a lot of concerns about Skill Based Matchmaking and Bots, and while I can understand why people hate those changes, it personally does not bother me.
what if they just borrow a download from an older season and just make a separate game, not gamemode, but a game to download. The only exception is to add newer skins to the game, and your stats, skins, etc. from your account will be transferred.
The only problem I had was there not being a duo mode but now that its added me and my friend have been playing and its legit the most fun I have had on any game in a long time.

My problem is the inconsistency. They bring in some modern elements (new gun models, new UI/HUD, new movement, reboot vans) but leave out others. Chocolate and apple are great on their own but blending them up in a smoothie doesn't make them better.

The players who have gotten used to the new movement could just play the different variation of the og mode and the returning players can get the full og experience. Also I think that this would even make the full og mode more enjoyable and less sweaty as the players who have been constantly playing would probably not want to play with the og movement hence less skilled/experienced players.

I played a couple games without using new movement and I turned off turbo building and it was one a much better og experience and two the gameplay wasn't bad, it wasn't too slow the fights were fun and it wasn't too hard to go back and forth between og and battle Royale so this would be a great plan

and this does not bring you closer to "OG" but takes you away from "OG". and the addition of bots to the game is not because of bad players but because Epic does not bother to separate good players (I'm talking about adding these in chapter 1). If you do not want bots, you can already play ranked. (I'm talking about the current ranked and you can either ask them to add ranked to "OG")
Arena mode was added to the game in season 8 on March 27, 2019. However, competitive people do not work their brains by trying to play the game well, constantly training. and they do not choose ranked mode. they do not have that much brain.
That is why SBMM is really needed in the game. If Epic cannot or does not want to make more SBMM tier, then yes, bots must be added.

This is a good idea. The third mode should be almost an EXACT replica of OG. I tried the OG season but sweats building everywhere and editing on me just ruins it for me. I just want a chill experience to have fun with. Zero build is alright but building is part of the game - building bases with friends was a core part of the experience. The 3rd mode needs these specific things to make it perfect, No turbo-build, edit and building delay, The full OG models of guns/Icons, Full OG movement, and no sbmm and bots. And they can't have simple edit in this. This will be the mode that separates the sweats/competitive side of OG fortnite, and the casuals/wanna play for OG fortnite was style.
I also just remembered, me personally for the real OG feel if I were them I would legit copy every file from season 1 and put it into the game. But knowing fortnite they obviously remember, but what I was also gonna say to add because this will make building even slower, (if there were to be a 3rd mode), is for them to add when u ran out mats u have to switch it. Meaning it won't switch automatically like it does rn. Trust me the little things are what will make it perfect, I mean maybe even add the OG settings so everyone will have to find their right settingh again and take away all the new settings they've added. But then again that might be too far, IDK just trying to give my opinion, and have an impact.!!!

Why "OG" Fortnite sucks azz:
- turbo build
- chapter 5 movement
- latest HUD
- no og effects (running trail, explosions) as others have mentioned
- not enough ziplines (might as well just not add them at all)
- reboot vans (debatable)
- zero build has no mobility, they could've come up with new items that suit the c1s1 map for this mode in particular
- loot is mildly different
- item and weapon characteristics are a mix between latest and s1
- map rendering is buggy, clearly no work was put into optimizing the map for ue5 (you literally see textures being streamed at your feet)
=> Essentially, most of it is not OG. It simply looks like OG and adopts some parts of OG.

As I look further into it and play Fortnite OG, I realize it'll never truly be the same, but the only way to make it anywhere close is to either re-release the OG UE4 Fortnite in its own app, or replicate literally everything in its own app: no turbo build, no quick edits, no crossplay, no bots, Y to scroll weapons and builds on controllers, old movement and animations, old rarities, old draw distance, the old amount of fog, the old effects, no moving while healing, all of it. Make the maps loop from season 1 through to season 4 once a month, maybe make the loot pool a mix of the season 1-4 weapons and damages if the balancing is an issue, have a different LTM from the old selection every week. This is the only way they're actually gonna pull the OG players. Make the skins a progression system like Halo Reach in MCC, like a big battle pass of OG skins you get for completing a massive list of challenges, the best skins like Black Knight, John Wick and Renegade Raider being obtained by getting wins just like crown rewards in Fall Guys. They can still sell gliders, pickaxes and emotes and make a profit. EPIC GAMES YOU CAN USE THIS IDEA FOR FREE PLEASE USE THIS IDEA FOR FREE

The OG mode has been controversial, and people have a right to be voicing their discontent, it's not OG Fortnite, it's some new abomination. Marketing your experience as "you're bringing back the game as it was" will come with the expectation that you'll do just that. They knew it wasn't OG, I guess it's another case of Fortnite not knowing their target demographic. The target demographic of the OG was supposed to be the returning players, not the sweats from Chapter 6. Sweats can play Chapter 6, the returning players don't care about Chapter 6, they wanted OG, and they didn't get that, they scared them away to uninstalled Fortnite again, rightfully

Think about it, the old, casual players are coming on to have fun with their friends and gets squadwiped 2 min after landing by some kid who wasnt even born when season 1 came out. Its not fun. Its too sweaty, i dont know what went wrong in the matchmaking, but in chapter 6, you would have fun killing the fellow casual players before a sweat lasers you with an AR across the map. Alternatively, they could just keep things how they are for Ranked OG since there wasn't a ranked gamemode back then, and revert the movement and the weapon models back to true OG with Unranked OG, but keep the movement for Zero Build and disable turbo building on Builds

Crossplay always existed in fortnite, it wasnt in open match making but if i logged into my friends ps4 epic account on pc and added myself in season 0 i could join his lobby so you could always crossplay with friends it was just season 3 where it got properly integrated
For og UI, I don’t know why fortnite doesn’t just do what BO6 did and add a customize HUD option where you get pick the og UI, the new one, or make your own.

My only issues are that movement and other mechs aren’t OG, some models aren’t OG, and the graphics don’t feel OG still. I don’t believe the mode necessarily needs to be copy paste each season (not that I’d mind), but it needs to at least be chapter 1. In the end though, it was advertised as OG, so we should get OG.
I would like to mention that shotguns still don't behave the way they did back in S1-S4, before the shotgun nerf in S4, the headshot damage was dealt to the upper quarter of the body (upper chest, shoulders, neck and head) following the nerf it was just the head. Adding this feature back would make the damage more consistent.

I feel ungrateful putting down the game, but it really isn't the same. So far with playing, the only 2 types of people I have run into are bots who try to shotgun you from 150 meters away, or sweats who play Fortnite all day every day. There are seriously some things they need to tweak out.

Now that I've been playing a bit of OG, I have gotten so emotional. I didn't even start before season 2 was already halfway through, but that makes me even more emotional. I wish I had started earlier, but then I would have missed things in real life. For some reason I also feel bad for not buying battle pass in s2&3, but I was a KID (like most of you probably then) and I didnt know how the game and BP worked. Other than that, what makes me emotional about OG is that it was a huge part of my childhood, I played it almost every day with my best friends and had a lot of fun, and sometimes the game made me cry. But that's what I miss. The time with my friends, that time when no one knew how to play, me being a kid with lot of freetime and imagination... I wish I could go back in time, but not change a thing, because that's how my story is written.

Splitting the player base is all Fortnite has done since its inception. Each new season splits the player base not to mention LTM’s, zero build, gun changes, and new maps
From someone who played a month after release, the real issues are with how modern it feels. If they plan to cycle the seasons, limit the skins being able to be used in relation to where OG is at, limit some of the movement, wash out the colours more. Simple things.

I think we all agree that it was very frustrating to die right at the beginning of the matches.
Sometimes I played with friends who didn't have much time to play, and when they died, we had to leave the match, or it would be very boring for them. But of course it was pretty boring to die early on and just have to watch them all play too.😅
I NEVER criticized this game until we got to Chapter 1 Season 8. For me, everything could be like it was in Season 7 or the previous ones, I literally couldn't get enough of playing.

The thing behind the lower playercount in the first 24 hours, OG was much more wanted last year. Ofcourse a lot of people (including me) wanted OG to be permanent, but when those 4 million other people logged into OG last year, they would just die to sweats. People that are either unemployed or have nothing else to do in their life is the reason why people don't play OG anymore. They should add a mode without turbo build, OG movement and OG guns. Then sweats can't build like they're used to and returning players can actually compete. This is my ideal version of OG Fortnite.

I started playing in Season 2 chapter 1. I was watching fortnite on youtube till I got it finally downloaded which was season 2 of course. I do miss the old times, but I also miss the old Fortnite version, the cartoonish graphic, models and overall look of the game is the thing that I immediately loved. i love how literal solo developers are capable of launching perfect 1-1 OG fortnite recreations, but ohh ''its too much to expect from a multi billion dollar company''. Like seriously? why are people defending epic for slacking so hard? And even then, Epic sends sieze and desist letters to the people trying to make fortnite OG, WHEN THEY NEVER EVEN USE THAT MATERIAL THEMSELVES.
I think in the new og og mode has to have a option to play with turbo build and simple edit and to play without these features, exactly as you said.

SBMM and bots ruined everything, and it did the opposite effect for me. Friday was so much fun, the lobbies were balanced, there was sweats, but there were also average players ( the majority of the lobby) this made it super competitive and rewarding to get top 10. all the kids with no thumbs complained to epic and ofc theyre gonna cater to those kids more then their loyal supporters and older player base. ever since they changed to SBMM epic decides to put me in the sweatiest lobbies ever when im an average player who barely builds.. it really ruined everything for me and its frustrating bc it was so much fun on friday and half of saturday. leave it to big corps and soft casual noobs to ruin the fun... always lol

Honestly I have no problem with the movement in og currently but I will say that for the people that said it was hard to get away from storm without the new movement, I’ve been caught up in storm during this OG mode and if your unlucky and can’t find heals then it’s over regardless I couldn’t even find bandages despite all the chests I’ve opened 😭, I do have a sort of prediction on why the OG game mode didn’t perform as well as we thought it would, one is the OG movement, yeah it was a bummer they didn’t add OG OG movement which I was looking forward to but it didn’t happen, second is the animation change(since chapter 5) as far as im concerned there was a lot of people who wanted the OG animation style to come back and they just said fuck it and didn’t add it back didn’t even ATLEAST try to replicate it, I’m also pretty sure people stopped playing the game because of this change not only was the animation change just shoved in our faces on the release of chapter 5 cuz I sure as hell didn’t know this change was coming till about a few days before chapter 5 released which IMO was a big problem because it didn’t give people enough time to process this change especially since the original run animation was around since the beginning and all they told is “we’ll get use to it” I’m personally waiting for that faithful day id get “use to it” 😂😂

i think fortnite would get 2-3x as many players if THEY ALSO made a 1-1 og recreation. This would also give bad/Casual players a way to actually play battleroyale without it being zero build, this way they could play FORTNITE, with builds, the way its meant to be, without dying every single fight they take a fight.

i don't know if we want og fortnite to be exactly as it was before, but to have fun again and to play casually with builds on without being matched up with 90 bots and 10 sweats. I'm sure that if they make such relevant changes to the game, for example the crossplay, bot disability, turbo build and maybe graphic options, no one would gaf about what the game was at some point because they'd be having an actual fun experience now. people don't want og back, they want to enjoy the game

Also in OG in addition to no turbo building on console at least there wasn’t customer build controls or builder pro for that matter. I think you were limited to combat pro and one other. I think adding that aspect back to the game would make it more casual cus it would be even harder to build

I'm more of a casual player and enjoy the atmosphere of Fortnite a lot more. My only wish is for OG to finish adding the old models that are missing (SCAR, Epic+ RPG, Bolt, and Scoped AR), and for the movement *animations* to return to what they were before Chapter 5 (Chapter 1-4).
I do see a lot of concerns about Skill Based Matchmaking and Bots, and while I can understand why people hate those changes, it personally does not bother me.

what if they just borrow a download from an older season and just make a separate game, not gamemode, but a game to download. The only exception is to add newer skins to the game, and your stats, skins, etc. from your account will be transferred.
people need to stop complaining about sweats. They haven't added ranked yet which is where many of them will go once its released.
The only problem I had was there not being a duo mode but now that its added me and my friend have been playing and its legit the most fun I have had on any game in a long time.
