Unbelievable!
Believe it! Look at what the Democrats did to Trump.
According to our founding fathers, this is why the second most important right we have is our Second Amendment to our federal Constitution. No one ever talks about it, but what the Democrats have done here is exactly what nobility and tyrants from foreign countries do. For real 😂 easy lawsuit payment 🤑
1st amendment 101 …is to protect her speech that is derogatory towards politicians just for this very reason…the mainstream news media should be hounding the mayor over using police powers to silence speech they don’t like or agree with

Surprise mayor will be surprised when the city pays a large settlement to that woman for violation of her civil rights. She is 100% correct, his actions were completely unconstitutional.

So glad I don't live in that godforsaken county
And here comes a lawsuit, the mayor has absolutely no business being in that position not knowing constitutional rights just because they have a “written policy”. Written policy is NOT law, it’s merely a suggestion. The mayor needs to be sued and that officer needs to be fired for assault/unwarranted touching. This will be an easy lawsuit on those 2 clowns, I thought this was the United States, not communist China or North Korea. Sad

@@rafaelr5243 haha, @devilshaircut9 deleted their response but I will let it live on, here is what was said “Did she sign the rules of conduct in agreement and then intentionally violate them? ..”
With that said, even IF she signed an “agreement” to speak and those were the policies of the city council in the eyes of the judge the mayor having her forcefully removed and arrested is not only a violation of her 1st amendment right but it is also a violation of her 4th amendment right since she was arrested. All elected officials swears an oath to the constitution that should be upheld in the course of duties. If they cannot follow the simple directions of their job I think their job should therefore be terminated, especially if you’re costing your constituents tax dollars to pay for their stupidity.

WOW!! The board doesn't want to hear complaints against any city officials? I hope she files a suit & wins. That was uncalled for & a breach of public trust. Amazing!
They have published rules to speak to the Council and she agreed to them before stepping up to the microphone. What may be substantiated by investigation/prosecution regards anything that she said is secondary her being removed from chambers. FAFO.
@@gyrene_asea4133 So - you cannot speak unless you sign the small print ("on the back" as he discloses)? Sounds like extortion rules the Surprise Board. They don't want the public to hear complaints about the city - so they make rules that omit Public Servants from any complaint? You're screwed if you sign it & screwed if you don't. 🤔.
@@gyrene_asea4133if issues about corruption are not allowed to be discussed in a meeting with city council, where are they allowed? I hope a Civil Rights attorney has watched this and the a lawsuit is being filed immediately. The City Council must be sued and removed from their seat for their blatant constitutional violation. 1. She a taxpayer... NOT a member of the council and unless she was violently attacking someone, her 1st Amendment rights cannot be overruled by some agreement. 2. Council members have accused other members --falsely and truly, and have even outright attacked other council members without being violently escorted out or even arrested. 3. It sure sounds like ole Mayor Haney is nervous about her bringing up verifiably inconvenient facts he rather not address, which is likely why the council even came up with that so-called "rules agreement" that he read from. 4. Yes. I did research some of her more salient points about overpaid salaries and conflicts, and they appear to be true.
Unfortunately the City will probably lose the law suit BUT tax payers will be stuck with the bill vs Mayor Skip Hall who should have to pay the judgement.
Then maybe taxpayers will be a little more concerned with who they vote for.
@@katiesandine Hopefully tax payers will vet more thoroughly whom they vote for. I see both sides missing some trees in the forest regarding Trump or Harris.
