  • I was recently walking through the Southwest Terminal when I heard a lady shouting out a credit card offer, "60,000 Miles apply here it only takes a minute." Sadly, I watched for about 15 mins and not one person stopped.
    Q: Why do you think that is? 🤔
    A: Because the day an age of just shouting out your message, hoping someone will stumble across it when they are ready to buy, is long gone. Buyers are much more savvy in this day and age. They don't want sales pitches they want value! They want to know you care. They want engagement.
