Thank you Doctor Fuhrman! Thanks for all you do. You probably saved my life. I've been eating this way for 10 years and I've never felt better.

If you go plant based you don’t need any restrictions at all. Eat as much as you wish. The thing is you will never ever wish to continue over eating.

He makes similar statements that Dr. Roy Taylor (slay the monster in 7 days!!) has discovered and discussed to get rid of metabolic syndromes!! 😊 I be been following Dr. Fuhrman’s advice since I first watched him on PBS in 2011 and have never felt better!!🥳

I am so skinny eating like this, seem I can't eat enough nutrients to gain weight, though my face looks 15 twenty years younger, I look to rakish. I want the size and the young face too. How I do that? If I eat too much potatoes would it wreck my thyroid?

try a adding calorie dense whole foods, like an additional handful of nuts and seeds or avocado or a combination thereof. If you are more of a sweet tooth add some dry fruits like medjool dates (those are around 65 calories each), again - specifically MEDJOOL and not the other varieties.
You should be able to bump you calories up by around 100 per day and see what happens after a couple weeks - how do you feel, look, etc. If nothing changes then bump up another 100 calories so you are an additional 200 per day and then see how you are feeling after another couple weeks.
"I can't eat enough nutrients to gain weight" it is calories that you need. You can get plenty of nutrients with not many calories and still end up starving to death.
Alternatively, if you have no problems eating more volume, maybe add a serving of beans, or a steamed whole grain once or twice per day.
Me, I am lazy and like just eating on the go or something I can throw in the blender with my smoothie. A handful of healthy nuts and seeds or a medjool date here and there. I don't notice the extra volume of food but can easily regulate my calories up or down by a couple hundred per day without even feeling like I ate more food or less food since the calorie density is high in those things.

9% body fat? This is how people get eating disorders. I’m 5’11 and 18% and extremely slim. I’d look emaciated at 9%.
