This makes me feel like I am watching an aircraft safety video
I think you should treat a processor like your life

This video demonstrates proper handling, installation, and removal procedures for the boxed Intel processor, in the 1150 land package.
I like your animation you did an awesome job :)
Instructions not clear, processor turned into an AMD chip.
@@Marzsala What was it before it turned into an amd chip?
I use a qualcom snapdragon on my PC is so fast

Wait. Did it suddenly get transformed to AMD?
Make sure u don’t forget the thermal paste

Oh no i'm so sorry I made a mistake I just touched the back of the processor and I touched the socket pins. Oh so that was why my pc was a little bit malfaction. Thanks for the support Intel and I will not it again.😊😊😊
Why don't you just press the nuclear button.
stock cooler? do they included on i7 haswell-e and broadwell-e ?
and yes i always touches the pins of the socket and the pins on the cpu :/
no. besides Haswell-E and Broadwell-E are LGA 2011-3
@Intel is is possible to obtain a pdf with schematics of LGA1150 motherboard DH87MC? I acquired said motherboard in damaged state, someone ripped off a few SMD capacitors and I need to find out the values that go there.
Hi! You can find the specifications of your motherboard here: intel.ly/3FQrVga You can also post your query on our community forum at intel.ly/3MymdU3 where our fellow community members will help you in the best way possible.
can I use 1151 socket processor on LGA1150 socket motherboard???
No
instructions unclear:got a kid
My socket is LGA 1150
Can I use i5 3470 or 3570
Please tell me
Hi! We appreciate your interest in Intel products. The i5-3470 and the i5-3570 will require an LGA 1155 socket. The processors that would fit into this LGA 1150 socket type are the i5-4460/5675C. However, the CPU compatibility is best determined by the motherboard maker. Kindly contact the motherboard manufacturer for compatibility: intel.ly/3d6ZbB8
@@Intel yeah...I will use intel in my PC
Excellent, thanks.
HEY CAN INTEL IN THE FUTURE MAKE A NEW LGA 1150 CPU
what.
he not apply thermal paste to processor..
Intel CPU fan has internal thermal solution
@@iambadatsomefunnies5572 lol
it has the thermal paste pre applied u do not need to replace it ... cuz u r not over clocking if u r using the box cooler!
If you want to know if a certain intel chip works go on intel ark
What's the difference between a H3 LGA1150 socket and a regular LGA1150 socket??
Thanks, but it's a whole year late for the 1150 socket.
why? the Hawell Socket isnt out so long time so..
rV Evade #COMEBACK SOON! The Haswell Processors came out on June, 2013, with the Z87 motherboards and 1150 Socket. I know because I have the Haswell 4770K processor with a Asus Z87-Expert motherboard, and I bought them in June, 2013 fresh out. You're probably confuse with the Z97 with 1150 socket and Haswell Devils Canyon processor that just came out in June, 2014.
:o yes :) are you a gamer ?
rV Evade #COMEBACK SOON! No, I'm a video editor, but not professional. Just do work for my family, my friends, and myself. I do a lot of HD 1080, 720, DVD, Blu-ray, and Blu-ray 3D writing.
ah oki nice
They did not mention anything about thermal paste
they did, they are refering to it as thermal interface material (TIM). It's also preapplied to the stock fan so doesn't really need to be mentioned
Nice Review
is LGA1150 socket on B150 motherboard?Im going to switch my processor soon
Henri Nieminen It's been 3 months but I figured I'd tell you that the B150 is an LGA 1151 motherboard.
2020 anyone?

Intel, can You read this ? Update this stock cooling joke. Thank you for attention.
Y Intel has stopped producing motherboard
All wrong, you must unwrap the cord and install it so that the cord is not wrapped around the cooler and goes right to the connector, then bundle up the rest of the cord so it doesnt get caught in the fan.
Remember the old days when you can learn how to install stuff with real things. This is so lazy and the script writer is lazy too.
I mean WTF is 'Thermal Solution' ???? It's a god damn cooler not a 'Solution' to remove heat as its shit as fuck. Overclock it and you are fucked if you don't have a Dual BIOS motherboard or a better cooler to slap on there.
***** Well they do, not the high-end ones. I'm pretty sure the stock cooler can handle a small overclock fine too.
I need to be sure not to disturb the pre applied thermal interface material
Its a solution to cooling the CPU. Nothing wrong with the phrasing.
Is LGA 1150 obsolete? The chipsets for it only support PCIE 2.0 and only 8 lanes as far as i know
The chipsets, yes, but the CPU-attached are often PCIE 3.0 with 16 lanes. (Or 8 lanes depending on the board) If 2 CPU-attached PCIE slots are used the amount of lanes will stay the same (So 8 and 8 or 4 and 4)
The only chipset that doesn't allow this to be is the H81 which only supports PCIE 2.0 and 16 lanes on the CPU-attached PCIE slot. But, I don't think it will be a problem for anything but the highest end graphics cards at this point in time if a single slot is used. And well, I don't know if other parts that connect to PCIE need the higher speed of generation 3 but if yes then the only thing you have to do is make sure you get the right board.
So it applies only for the slots wich arent attached to the cpu?
Yes, the manual of a motherboard can often provide information about which generation PCIE applies for that board, if it is gen 3 it is CPU-attached anyway. (Which applies for most boards)
Since when does thermal solution have a power cable?
How do you think the fan would speed up? Magic?
:o
me throwing and catching an lga1150 cpu while watching this 💀
iMacs use 4570S
Zakurmaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan
thermal past , isn't necessary ?
comes pre-applied to the fan

guys i need help!!! 4Core1333-FullHD thats my motherboard i wanna buy intel core i3 and i am scared because if it does not work? i really need help they told me if i have motherboard that does not support intel core i3 processor maybe it will not work any help?
SonGoku SSJ4 What socket is your motherboard? What is the model number on the I3 you want installed (assuming you haven't already solved the problem)
The worst SOcket.. always broken pins..!!!

Who still use the i5 4570 in 2019
Bruh you need to upgrade.
Still a good cpu paired with a 980ti
sounds like they recorded the narration in a cave.
I touch the thermal paste anyway and install my own solution
hey its a good video can you give me a damaged i5 processor for free which is not use for youThank You
Nope. A 'damaged' Core i5 is made into a Core i3 if one of the cores are damaged or get melted and make into other CPUs.
Zero necker I orderd an i5 6500 with a MSI z170a gaming M7 and I think one or both of the are defective and it made me sad because my PC looked so beautiful when I finished it and I was so hyped up to turn it on but it didn't boot :(
PremiumGamerMC Damn that's sad. Doesn't the boxed CPUs have a 3 year warranty? Your motherboard too, it's quite high end. You should send them back.
+Zero necker I still have some troubleshooting to do, but yes I'm planning to exchange them.
Zero necker I just got it to work today, it was just that the power cable for the cpu was crooked, all I did was push it in more and it was able to boot up.
Great Video!
I find it useful
