Valentino and Jumbo have moved out to Badak Besar Island, one of the pre-release islands, to continue their education. They went there with Cinta, Hanin, Timpah and three others.
I hope the three are Beni, Madara and Yutris. I know Beni is on a pre-release islands somewhere. I just don't know where. I also hope that they haven't separated my favorite trio (Val, Yutris and Madara).
@@arimasmemphis4061 No. The other three are not the 'stars' of the show. They are called Jiga, Petruk and Gonjales. On a happier note Darril and Reren have been released into the wild.

Looking at the shape Beni was in when he was rescued it’s no wonder he loves his food. I know his diet is for his long term health but knowing myself I would be the big softy giving him treats on the sly. Thank goodness for the staff and their resolve to keep him healthy no matter what he is good hands. Thank you for your dedication to him and all the others!!
I feel the same about Beni. How in the world can they deny him a banana? I know it's for his best but so mean at the same time when he has to watch the others getting one 🥲

It wasn't. She ended up with a fractured arm and, even though nobody saw how it happened, the vets suspected Darril was responsible, possibly when she rejected him. They're not sure but he was strong and getting aggressive then.

Yes and forced copulation is unfortunately normal especially with males that don't have their cheek pads. :(
Darril will have other girlfriends from now on. He had been released into the wild in June.

Evading a problem is not solving it.
True, but I can't believe they just let her run off and get REWARDED for it by getting all of that extra food! If they act like it's just funny and cute, she'll never stop and in the end it will hurt her because she won't be in class learning the skills she'll need to survive. I'm also surprised a problem hasn't arisen of the other orangutans in the class trying to copy her.
She didnt solve the problem of being bullied. She only solved the problem of not having food at that moment. The bullies will do the same thing again.
She's so smart, she found a way how to get even more food than her bullies.

@@Simplylemonade2016 he is severy overweight. He weighs almost double the orangutans his age and is the weight of orangutans 1 to 2 years older than he is. If he does keep getting this big at this rate, he will not have enough strength in his arms to support his weight on the trees and will not be able to learn at the pace he should.
I sure understand why staff rotate regularly. Just watching these brilliant, creative, sweet hairy-toddlers a few hours, I've fallen in love! Heck, it would be tuff just saying g'bye at the end of a day! I just adore them all!

One of my favourite animals ❤️ the expression they convey just via their facial expressions and body language is astonishing... imagine what is going on in that hairy brain of theirs! We definitely do not give the aninal kingdom the credit it truly deserves and certainly forget that we are also a part of it as well!

It's such a huge difference from when these beautiful orangutans are first rescued and when they are older at the school and actually being cared for properly. These orangutans are much more lively and playful now. That's a great thing to see the changes!!!

I enjoy watching this every time. Sometimes I can't even describe what it does to me. I used to want to work with monkeys as a small child and now I am an adult and I still feel it. But then I loved chimpanzees, until a year ago I saw the Jungle School pass by. I'm sold! What a wonderful job.
By the way, the voice over makes the videos a lot more fun for me. A very nice voice to listen to.
