How I Limit Internet speed on the Phones connected to my PLDT WiFi.

There are other applications that can limit the internet speed on the devices, like NetLimiter, etc. but so far, NetcCut is super easy to use and effective.

This is the simpliest and the easiest tutorial ....hahaha Ive been searching and watching videos on YT on how to limit the speed of each user but all of them giving me a hard time to follow coz a lot of thing that you need to do( do this,do that, open this copy paste this)..Thank you so much sir, GOS BLESS
