love that you put the veggies into the pan directly from the chopping board, (makes it realistic). Nothing pains me more than seeing cooking videos where people have all the chopped things in a separate bowl for each item.

My cutting board would not be able to hold all the separate veggies I cut and not make a mess.
Also, some veggies go in at different times.

Anjali, you need to try savoury/spicy peanut butter toast. Basically toast, peanut butter, squeeze of lime, sprinkle of salt, pepper/chilli powder and then veggies. I like cucumber, red onion and radish. If you have fresh herbs on hand (like coriander) tear and garnish. Perfection.

Tip for unsteady chopping boards:
Wet a kitchen towel, rag or paper. Wring out most of the water and place it on the counter, now put the board on top and press. It'll stay out for a long time.
