The magic animation is so intrusive that I literally can't edit them unless I go in to the mode when you edit their head & even then I have to deal with them doing that constantly when editing their bodies. I hate editing Spellcaster sims lmao.

there’s a really handy mod to stop all occult sims from moving around while you’re in CAS. i can find the name for you if you like :)

testingcheats + enter + cas.fulleditmode + hold shift and click on the sim you’d like to edit + more options + modify in cas

In one of my saves I visited the pancakes and I was horrified by what Eliza was wearing (she apparently took up the fashion guru career)
For Fashion Gurus, they look like a closet swallowed than spat them out. It's horrendous. Nothing matches, wearing both stockings and socks, random piercings. I hate it.
The fashion career is literally like an abomination 😢. I'm too lazy to change it most of the time, mostly because as you get promotion your outfit will reset and make the outfit whatever EA made it for that career stage. So I rather just wait till my sims as at THEE height of their careers so that their outfit won't change if I change it in CAS

Yesss😭, and it sucks too because the piercings look weird on some sims noses and even eyebrows because they oddly stick out, so it looks more like an obstruction in their faces rather than a regular piercing🙄. Face pierced up, too small of a jacket, tight pants and ugly shoes!

The cheat for the career outfit change is an absolute life saver! My sim wears a hijab, and everytime she goes to work she takes it off. Now that I know how, I'll prevent that from happening.

Mccc also allows u to do the carreer outfit change by just clicking on mccc when u click on the sim (ingame) ♡ but omg the cas clock? U life saver. My bloodpressure is stabilizing just thinking about it 😍😍
I use MC Command Center to edit career outfits, but I like having this as well. I have previously downloaded a Sim to unlock all locked outfits, but I like this better. Thank you for this video.

NO BECAUSE SAME, I like to do a bunch of different religious sims and a few wore hijabs and like you said, everytime they would go to work they would take off their hijab and I got so upset that I forced them to quit their jobs 😭😭😭

for the freeze one there is a “stand still in cas” mod by MizoreYukii and it makes all your sims (including occults) stand still in cas its really helpful🙏
Finally can stop having the occults move every few seconds while editing the tatoos and clothes. Thanks for the cheat

I just wanna add to that cas cheat that it makes entering cas more flexible and easier, especially in live mode.
Like, when editing outfits from the wardrobe you can only edit the outfits. But with the cheat, all the cas features become available

The unlockbytag cheat only works on locked items released from Nifty Knitting and forward

I use a mod to the unlock carrer outfits and to make them freeze, but I'll remove the freeze one, sometimes i like them moving (specially to test if they are weird smiling with some teeths)
mcc command center also allows you to edit your career outfits!
If I hear that spellcaster sound one more time lol thanks I didn't know I could stop it!
Aside from the freezing the sim in place, just get the MC command center mod for the rest. No underscores and dot whats to have to remember.

zoom in RIGHT before you press enter on the casclockspeed cheat! It'll set them back to default pose standing straight ahead (instead of looking all crazy or in weird poses)

Wait, can you go into more detail abt the work outfit hack? Like when more in depth on exactly how?😅
You type the cheat in Live Mode, make sure the sim you want to edit is the played and active sim.
Once in CAS just edit the outfit the sim loads up with. DO NOT CHANGE OUTFIT CATEGORY OR ADD ANY ADDITIONAL OUTFITS, this will prevent sims going to work.
The outfit sticks until your sim is promoted/demoted/changes career, at which point you have to redo it. I personally don't mind this as the job description changes each level, and new clothes might make more sense.

in the cheat bar, look up the key bind to get to it depending on what device you play the sims on. on pc it’s ctrl + shift + c
