In addition to being a great knitter and plus-size role model, you have such a beautiful sweet personality and great energy. I appreciate you so much! ❤❤
You are too adorable for words 🙂 I can say that because I'm an older lady 😁 Thank you for sharing the joy of knitting. FYI, Spain is great for solo travel.
I love your laugh, so adorable and always makes me smile too. That green you chose for Doyle's hat is the PERFECT colour for him! I think my other favourite in this video is (no surprise) your soufflé. I still need to make myself a dark coloured one!
Thank you so much Kendra! That’s so sweet of you to say ❤️ I had such a great time recording this video and my positive energy really comes across in the video 😊 It was so fun going through things that I’ve made and chatting about why I love them so much!
Dearest Whitney Congratulations on the 1 year of podcasting. I love your knitting projects and that you knit, what you want to AND wear it with pride aswell. Don't give that up - just because your weight goes up or down. Your love for knit and design is very inspiring for others. Love from Greenland.
What a fun and enjoyable video Whitney! And congratulations on 1 year of podcasting 😊 you are a wonderful inspiration to many as your enthusiasm and creativity is lovely to watch!
Yay I was hoping the ‘into the woods’ sweater would be number one! I went to Scotland with that sweater pattern and bought some beautiful blues and creamy white at a local yarn shop in Skye. Can’t wait to knit it up. Thanks for all your recommendations!!
So fun to see this favorite things top ten. I’m currently knitting my third sweater and I’ve liked the first two, but they are a little oversized- I tried hard to look at gauge on this sweater. Not sure 🤔 though.
A lot of sweaters incorporate positive ease into the sizing, so sometimes if you pick a size based on your bust, if that pattern has positive ease, it will be a couple inches bigger than your bust. I’m currently working on a sweater that I wanted to be quite fitted, so I went down a size.
If you want a gentler fade take a look at the redheart colorama halo n now it comes in blanket yarn that fades. The halo says size five wieght but its actually to my notion a four wieght n the fuzzy is what makes it a five. Its a pain in the -- to frog if you use a smaller hook than recommended.
The shirt at 30:00 looks so cute on you! I've been loving looking at the videos you have posted. I am still struggling on learning how to purl but I hope I can become as good as you one day
Ooh! All your projects are gorgeous! I'm totally in awe of your Into the Woods; it's such a gorgeous color combo and sweater. What a blast to see your favorites and hear your experiences. Congrats on your 1 year youtube-aversary! :)
Love all your makes! I have the same issue with Truboo! It stretches sooo much. Almost have to make a smaller size or two to get the right fit. Anything I have made is so large now Due to stretching I can’t even wear any longer :( Have a good day :)
I was warned ahead of time before using it for the first time, so I always do a swatch test and wet block it to see what my final measurements will be. It’s so tempting in skein format though 😅
Hi Whitney, is it a year already my goodness it seems to have flown by, loved your podcast as always, and loved all your favorite knitting projects, so many cute tops, till next time stay well hugs from Australia Sarah 🌺🌱🌺🤗
