    I have hit a plateau where I can not break 192lbs. So let's give this 2 week workout a try. I will give you an update. Starting tomorrow. Thanks

      Same here, trying to hit 200 by 7/28 been stuck on 205 for a about 2 weeks. This comes at the perfect time

      Day one, I feel it in my chest for sure. Day 2 today. Going to park to get this workout done. 💪

      Omg. I had to go to knees on push-ups. Air squats kicked my butt. I had to switch friday workout for Saturday. But I did all 4 days. 40 rounds 400 push-ups, 600 airsquats, and 800 mountain climbers. Holy moly guacamoley!❤

    Day 1 complete. 10 rounds in 10:44. Do we have to wait a month to get the complete workout or is it online somewhere so I can continue.?Either way thanks Coach Nez!

    Wish u guys would on unilateral exercises ie. mountain climbers indicate if it’s 20 reps per leg or 20 reps total.

      20 reps total ✌️ ... think of it like taking 20 steps - each step counts as 1.

    Is this done as a circuit or 10 rounds per exercise before moving to the next exercise?

      🏋️‍♀️ Workout
      Perform 10 rounds as quickly as possible. Round:
      • 10 push-ups
      • 15 air squats
      • 20 mountain climbers
      So you are performing exactly what you see above ....
      • 10 push-ups
      • 15 air squats
      • 20 mountain climbers
      ... and then 9 more times. 👍

    I’m going to start tomorrow Monday. I just want to understand. I’m doing this workout on Monday Day 1. What am I doing on Tuesday Thursday and Friday?

      @@BlueStarNutraceuticals but why would that go the 14th? Unless you want us to prolong this for a month, you should’ve introduced us to all the workouts to use for the 2 weeks. You can’t just use a “day 1”, “day 2” etc concept if you’re only releasing videos weekly

      @@BlueStarNutraceuticals if you want us to prolong this for a month, fine. But there are others waiting for day 2 and 3 etc. to try a 2 week challenge, which I feel should’ve been made clear. The other workouts for this challenge should be released or say it’s for a month or so. Love the channel btw, just giving some criticism
