I am almost 62 years young. I did the 4 sets in under 20 minutes using 25 lbs dumbbells. I guess I need to use heavier dumbbells next time. Thanks for the workout.

old guy here. have been scoping youtube for dumbbell routines since I'm not comfortable in my gym presently. this workout hits the sweet spot with me. intensity, duration, and friendly to my bad wheel. have run and biked all my life but, strength and flexibility is most important now. I like that a good measure of the resistance should be the 60-minute circuit. have a good base but, easing into it. consistency and injury free is the key. now if I can only reign in the food quality

one of the best full body circuit workout. Better than the dumbbell giant sets version by Morin. Added these with ab training and can really feel the change in 2 weeks. Brilliant suggestion to follow even with lighter weights since rep and sets are higher.
Tried this out today. This is what I was looking for. First did five minutes warmup on cross trainer and then tried this. Just WOW, mixing kettlebell with Dumbbells made it more interesting. Thanks guys keep on posting

I've been doing this workout for months now. I really enjoy this workout and was wondering if I need to do this every other day or 3 times a week to get faster results? It's best to combine this workout 1-2 times per week with other workouts on the channel for a total routine training 3-5 days per week to ensure you're training the whole body in a variety of ways. Nice one! Took just under 30min with 50 except for hammers. First round straight through. By rounds 3-4 taking over 30sec between each movement. Tough but great pump.

I get stiff neck by doing this exercise. No prior weight lifting experience. Am i doing it wrong or it is normal to get neck pain. How to recover from it
Neck pain is never normal. As for performing the exercise, you may need to lower your weight and focus on your form as it's likely to do with this. 👀 You may want to visit your doctor or a chiropractor if it persists.

Only way to reduce chest fat is to lower your total body fat %. This is designed to burn fat so it will in time reduce chest fat. Also as long as you're increasing weight over time, you will build muscle mass with this as well.

Any other chest press. Push-ups, bench press. If you're not feeling it in your chest though, it's likely an issue with form. Focus on keeping your shoulders pulled back, your chest up and squeezing with the pecs to raise the weight.

hammer curls directly isolate the biceps, calves will be worked in the squats. Not every workout will individually isolate every single muscle, otherwise it would take dozens of exercises. Did the workout in 32 minutes. Did the first two sets at 10 reps. Final 2 at 15. Next time I will do six sets due to the light weight I have. But a very effective workout.
What are some time limits to compare to so that we can see how well we are doing? Like for instance if you can do 4 total circuits in 25 minutes you are at a certain level? All I see for time limits would be if you can do this in under 60 minutes than you are doing well. What about if you do it in less than half that amount of time for instance?
If you're finishing in less than 30 minutes, probably time to step up the weight to make it more challenging. The only time that really matters is the time it took you the previous attempt. It's about beating your personal best week after week

This workout is great. All the basics movements so you can focus on intensity. But easily done in less than 30mn ( not including warm-up). Not sure how you can last 60 mn doing 280 reps total.

You can perform weight resistance exercises 3 days a week to start and our Faster Fat Loss workouts in place of cardio 3-5 times per week depending on your schedule and ability to recover.
If you would like to use a bench, go for it. 🫵 If you haven't done a DB Floor Press, try it - see how you make out as it's a completely different as you use less momentum on your lift.
Is there an alternative exercise for dumbell hammer curls? I can only do 5 reps but I can do the other exercises just fine. Just the hammer curls I'm having trouble with.
If you're only able to do 5 reps with the hammer curls, you may have to reduce the weight. Those would be the strongest curling option for your biceps.
Got as far as the Dumbell Swing. Now I need to buy a new TV.

I've been doing this workout for months now. I really enjoy this workout and was wondering if I need to do this every other day or 3 times a week to get faster results? It's best to combine this workout 1-2 times per week with other workouts on the channel for a total routine training 3-5 days per week to ensure you're training the whole body in a variety of ways. Im 49 yrs old, little over weight I wrapped 40 pounds dumbells even I'm not make a good movements in the last 2 round I did in 48 minutes. When finished my garage look like a lake of sweat. This s@#t works.

Depends what your goals are, your schedule/ time availability, what style of training you enjoy the most. Many different factors could make one type of training better or worse than another. Just focus on what works best for you and continue to strive for progressive overload, getting better week by week.

Depends if you want to gain weight or lose weight. If your main goal is fat loss, you need to eat in a calorie deficit.

Nice one! Took just under 30min with 50 except for hammers. First round straight through. By rounds 3-4 taking over 30sec between each movement. Tough but great pump.

I get stiff neck by doing this exercise. No prior weight lifting experience. Am i doing it wrong or it is normal to get neck pain. How to recover from it
Neck pain is never normal. As for performing the exercise, you may need to lower your weight and focus on your form as it's likely to do with this. 👀

Only way to reduce chest fat is to lower your total body fat %. This is designed to burn fat so it will in time reduce chest fat. Also as long as you're increasing weight over time, you will build muscle mass with this as well.

For the floor press, i cant feel the tension or hit in the chest part. Is there any alternatives for chest exercise?
Any other chest press. Push-ups, bench press. If you're not feeling it in your chest though, it's likely an issue with form. Focus on keeping your shoulders pulled back, your chest up and squeezing with the pecs to raise the weight.

hammer curls directly isolate the biceps, calves will be worked in the squats. Not every workout will individually isolate every single muscle, otherwise it would take dozens of exercises. By focusing more on compound movements, you're able to activate multiple muscle groups with one movement. Thanks for watching and glad you liked the workout

Did the workout in 32 minutes. Did the first two sets at 10 reps. Final 2 at 15. Next time I will do six sets due to the light weight I have. But a very effective workout.

What are some time limits to compare to so that we can see how well we are doing? Like for instance if you can do 4 total circuits in 25 minutes you are at a certain level? All I see for time limits would be if you can do this in under 60 minutes than you are doing well. What about if you do it in less than half that amount of time for instance?
If you're finishing in less than 30 minutes, probably time to step up the weight to make it more challenging. The only time that really matters is the time it took you the previous attempt. It's about beating your personal best week after week

This workout is great. All the basics movements so you can focus on intensity. But easily done in less than 30mn ( not including warm-up). Not sure how you can last 60 mn doing 280 reps total.

If you would like to use a bench, go for it. 🫵 If you haven't done a DB Floor Press, try it - see how you make out as it's a completely different as you use less momentum on your lift.

Is there an alternative exercise for dumbell hammer curls? I can only do 5 reps but I can do the other exercises just fine. Just the hammer curls I'm having trouble with.
If you're only able to do 5 reps with the hammer curls, you may have to reduce the weight. Those would be the strongest curling option for your biceps.
