Genuinely, thank you, for your comment about trial and error. It can be very disheartening, when you were learning a new craft, to see everybody doing such amazing work on RUclips. We often forget, that they had to learn how to do it, they didn’t just start making them and was perfect, it’s very nice to have that reassurance, especially from someone as gifted and talented as you are with tumblers, to hear that it’s trial and error, that there is a learning curve, that it will take time to figure it out. Genuinely, thank you so much!
I just got my laser and was so excited to see you have one and are making tutorials! The half bubble and screw/hex tips are greatly appreciated! I love what you do. You’re so talented!
Wow Vanessa! I haven't watched in awhile and you have just taken tumblers to a whole new level my friend. I'm hoping that I can start on mine again soon. I sure do miss you!
Seriously so much fun to watch you! I have a WC 20W and have been going back and forth with tumblers and flat designs (because this little machine is so much fun!) I was wondering if you could give me a link to the power scrubber you are using? I went to Home Depot but couldn't find anything. (Also Goof Off from Goo-Gone and a cotton ball will work to clean some of the blow back on the bottom off and *seems* to not be as damaging to the coat as acetone can be
I love this! I am in the WECREAT Facebook users group but can't for the life of my find the post to extend the holder, can you point me in the right direction? I'm running a tumbler as we speak using the "tumbler turner holder" method :). Your tutorial s\was SO helpful! Thank you!
So cool, i've been engraving 40oz tumblers for a pair of months with my 22w creality falcon 2, but i want to know, how i can make so my design goes from the top section of the tumbler, to the bottom without loosing the visual effect due to the differences in the perimeters, because the upper perimeter is 314-313 and the lower is 257, so if you have circles, they'll likely get deformed, thanks in advance.
I’m just getting into tumblers but I’m extremely health conscious, can you please post your recommendations for Epoxy alternatives ? I saw one of your videos reviewing an alternative but I would love to know what you personally recommend. I already have all the cup stuff and mica powders, just literally so stuck on this. Thank you🖤
Hi Vanessa:) Great looking tumbler! I was wondering if the color shift was under the black powder coating or if the laser imparted the colors on the tumbler.
Okay, wait!! Hold on!! Lol... First of all... This is BEAUTIFUL! I LOVE your videos and your tumblers. I am currently shopping around for a laser...But, I'm wondering if this lasers in color, or if the beautiful chrome colors are already under the black powder coat?
Hello Ms Vanessa! Love the tumbler, girl! I am trying to find the nuts and screws for the extension but the links wouldn’t work. Can you just put the sizes on here so I can just run in Lowe’s and pick those up? Thank you so much!
@@VMDDesignsCitristrip is absolutely amazing for stripping tumblers. I even use it to remove powder coating from tumblers. It’s takes it down to the stainless steel. It almost rubberizes it and it’s super satisfying to peel. I find it works better than acetone for the purposes of stripping. Plus it smells great and can be used indoors. I put the Citristrip on my tumbler, wrap it in a damp paper towel, then place inside a plastic store bag or aluminum foil. Give it a try, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. I don’t think I’d use it to clean up smudges though since it has to sit. I’d be afraid it would eat through the color.
@@Trina7594 Oh! I know what it is, I’ve just never used it. I strip tumblers by keeping them for 1-2 years, get tired of looking at them, and tossing them. 🤦🏾♀️🤣

Hi!!! It was in the official group!
I love everything about this cup. Can you tell me the name of the cup? I love that the bottom comes off and you can put things in it.
I’m not sure of the name! It was a prototype from my overseas supplier.

Yes! With my limited knowledge they will be deformed, unless you make your file fit the parameters needed, or laser in two parts. Thsnk you so much!!!

Hi!!! I am not too familiar with epoxy alternatives. Be sure to join the FB group Epoxy is Not My Friend for ideas!
Hi Vanessa:) Great looking tumbler! I was wondering if the color shift was under the black powder coating or if the laser imparted the colors on the tumbler.
It’s under the powder coat!
@@VMDDesignsThat’s pretty awesome! Thank you for responding ❤
whats the name of the tumbler that you have i like the black with the colors underneath.
Thank you!!! I believe they are called “oil slick” tumblers?

Hi!!! The color is under the powder coat! The laser takes off the coating and reveals the colors underneath!
@@VMDDesigns Thank you so much!!
Hello, I have a wc 40w What are the settings.I can’t find the corrects
Hi! Apologies, I have a 20w so they may be different since yours is more powerful?
I was curious about coloring. So this adds the color you want?
Hi! No, the laser just removes the coating!
How are you getting the different colors?
Hi! It comes that way!
Hello Ms Vanessa! Love the tumbler, girl! I am trying to find the nuts and screws for the extension but the links wouldn’t work. Can you just put the sizes on here so I can just run in Lowe’s and pick those up? Thank you so much!
Please help me with the screw and nut sizes. The link doesn’t work for Lowe’s!
Hi! Re-linked!
How did you do the colors on the tumbler?
The tumbler came with the color under the powder coat.
I am trying to put on the screw extensions, but I can’t figure out how to take off the claw holders that are currently on there.
Sorry didn’t see the second screw, I figured it out 😁
Where did u get the cup please we need the info
It’s a prototype from my supplier overseas! Currently in the works with them now!
Do you think citristrip would work?
I’ve never used citistrip! Not sure!
