    Ingredients
    -for the bread
    ½ cup lukewarm water
    1 cup room temperature yogurt
    ¼ cup olive oil
    1 tbsp. sugar
    1 tbsp. instant yeast
    About 4 cups flour
    1 tsp. salt
    -for the topping
    1 medium onion
    Fresh basil leaves
    1 cup mozzarella cheese
    1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1 egg
    1 tbsp. full-fat milk
    Instructions
    -Combine lukewarm water, yogurt, olive oil, sugar, and instant yeast in a mixing bowl.
    -Gradually add flour and salt, kneading the mixture until a smooth and soft dough forms.
    -Cover the dough with and let it rise until doubled in size, about 1 to 1.5 hours.
    -Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
    -Prepare the topping by blending the onion and basil, and then mixing in the Italian seasoning and cheese.
    -In a small bowl, whisk the egg with the milk.
    -Form the dough as shown in the video.
    -Brush the dough with the egg mixture and spread the toppings over the it.
    -Let the dough rest for another 20-30 minutes.
    -Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
