Sick I honestly think you’re one of two people that covered these on RUclips Yeah I’m super stuck between the kabuki and the A3, price is no option and I want the most aggressive Knurl possible I was worried the kabuki wasn’t that aggressive for that price Thanks man, you’ve been helping me out a crap ton
Yeah these are on my list if they pop up somewhere. If you are price conscious I really like the Baresteel Equipment Iron Skull power bar in Cerakote in that $300 range and there are some discount code out there to get 10% off.
How are you still feeling with those bars? I’m really torn between the 2x or 3x. Hate to regret not getting the 3x but also don’t know the level of awesome grip vs being uncomfortable as a daily driver bar.
Thanks for the question, I was totally wrong… we use the 2x more often. It’s the perfect balance of sticky and grippy. 💪🏼 We do use the 3x still as well, just the 2x more often.
Great Video. I have the 2xAggro Power Bar and i used the BLack Zinc Power Bar before. I use the 2xAggro for Squats, Bench and Deadlifts and i just love the bar. I have been using the bar for nearly 6 months now and the grip is perfect.(for me) I think if you have been using a normal rogue power bar before and you like a more aggressive knurling 2xAggro is a good choice. The 3xAggro Power Bar is unfortunately not available in Europe atm but i would love to get my hands on this bar as well. Have you used the 3xAggro Power Bar for Deadlifts?
We have used the 3 for deadlifts… I wouldn’t recommend it at higher weights because it will remove skin as you drag it up your legs, but for low weight/high volume stuff it was fine. I’m glad you like the 2… it’s such a great bar.
@@TheFarrOutpost I'll agree, you will definitely save money on shaving ur legs if that is sth. someone does. Btw the Grab Bag Deal you got is insane from an European perspective 👀

I am looking to buy one Rogue bar for my home gym which can be used for all and i see in Facebook marketplace now for 250$ a good deal as its like brand new. Can you please give me your suggestion
Hi , i have a fringe sport wonder bar more than a year now , and sense i got it i was very disappointed by the knurling its passive. And i really want an aggressive one . So would you recommend for me the 3x aggro to use it on an intensity day and the other one i have on an volume day?
Good sir, how do I decide between the SS OPB and the 2X OPB, as one bar to rule them all and hand down to the kids??? I currenlty have a B&R 2.0 and it's not aggressive enough as the weight is increasing on deadlifts. Is the SS OPB enough of a step up, or should I just go 2X OPB? So hard to decide. I'm in a remote location in Canada so no chance to try before buy, and returns are nigh impossible. They will run me ~$900 to buy.
Both are great bars and neither are sharp. I’ve owned both with no complaints. They will also both be much more grippy than a 2.0. You can’t go wrong either way. 💪🏼
@@TheFarrOutpost Thanks for that! Much prefer the clean, unadulterated finish of the SS OPB. So on that note, is the OPB grippy enough, for say, four plates and no chaulk? Or would you recommend pushing to the 2X? I wish they had done non-cerakote-d version of the aggros.
@@ExpeditionaryRanger the grip area is stainless steel and not Cerakote covered on either. So that’s no issue. We don’t use chalk, so I can’t speak on that.
