I started to complain when so many tracks started to blend together and you couldn't differentiate between them any more. The quality was still high, but it was a mess in terms of actually listening to specific pieces. This started in Legion, I believe.

This is incredibly good- in fact, this may be my favorite inn music in the game, period. It feels so much like PS1 inn/village music, that it almost sounds straight from Xeno Chronicles/Chrono Trigger/Breath of Fire. The game needs more simple RPG music like this. 10/10!
Am I crazy -- I thought David Arkenstone had left Blizz after all that bad weather? Not complaining that he's still around--man is one of the OGs from vanilla when it comes to the music team.
Yeah his music is amazing, and his name is the same as Heart of the Mountain from Hobbit, what a great name for a fantasy music composer. He never left though, he worked on Dragonflight music already, also Shadowlands and BFA...

You are most likely confusing him with Russell Brower, who was laid off in 2017.
