The night elves truly are the most gentle and harmonious race in Azeroth...may the ancient story of the children of the stars live forever on in song. :)
I grew up playing wow, and Teldrassil was my favorite zone. I was upset when it was burned. Especially because of bad writing decisions… After the Third War, the Cataclysm, and the burning of Teldrassil, I hope Amirdrassil is the beginning of good things to come for the Kaldorei. Elune adore.
@@ArnoldTerasNope the Horde mostly lost everything in Kalimdor. The Night Elves won the Darkshore warfront and still have all of their holdings in Ashenvale. Astranaar, Silverwind Grove, Forest Song, Stardust Spire, the House of Edune and the Blackfathom Camp are still all Alliance and owned by Night Elves. So Ashenvale is still mostly controlled by Nelves. In Darkshore the Horde presence is gone, the Grove of the Ancients e.g. is still active with Onu, the Ancient of Wisdom. Hyjal is also still settled by many Night Elves just like Feralas. In Bel'ameth there can also be seen many visitors from Val'shara, Darkshore, Hyjal and Feralas. This shows us that all of these regions still have a large population of Night Elves. The Horde lost on all fronts in Kalimdor.
Absolutely! I am studying music and as a nerd I feel like WoW music is one of the things that feels consistent in quality. WOuld love to play it someday in my life 😍😍
SPOILERS. Witnessing the repopulation of Bel'ameth, the reunion of Shandris with her adoptive parents Tyrande and Malfurion, the second farewell of Ysera and how proudly she speaks to her daughter Merithra, passing on her legacy as Aspect of the Green Dragonflight. I believe this expansion gives a very humane and emotional conclusion to the events regarding the Night Elves. I'm not crying, you are crying!
Amirdrassil foi o ápice da expansão pra mim... o tema, a musica, o significado que esse patch representa na lore... não sei como vou lidar não jogar mais nessa zona nas futuras expansões...
15:15 This music is just incredible. All the events with Fyrakk are very reminiscent of the Battle for Hijal in Wacraft 3 (to the point that, as then, these events become a prologue to the further stories).
Does anyone know the sing that is played in dream's hope. someone who is female sings extraordinary lyrics like dragon laguage like Skyrim ost. please let me know
I hope not. It has way too little Kaldorei feeling in it. It's good, but after a long while listening to it, I start missing that upbeat music from Teldrassil and Darkshore Warfront
@@AstralHealthGuy Legion did it better by rehashing those themes but not directly copying them. So you still feel like walking in an ancient Kaldorei land when in Val'sharah, Azsuna, or Suramar. This 10.2 is good and right, but the new Night Elf home should bear the old themes when the Tree finally manifests in Dragon Isles
@@renaultellis6188 yeah I mean even ardenweald music has night song theme running through the music. I'm up for some new classic night elf theme but they could do both
Imagine that you have slept and dreamed all winter long and are stepping out into the beautiful natural landscape for the first time since those dreams. Nature is at its greenest, birds are playing in the bushes and bees in the flowers. At 18:30 you can hear the feeling you are experiencing at that moment.
Amirdrassil is an interesting concept in theory, but I honestly wish that the kaldorei found someone way to rebuild their lives at Nordrassil and Mount Hyjal. Because if Tyrande, Shandris and most of their people resettle in the Dragon Isles near the Eastern Kingdoms, does this NOT mean that they have mostly abandoned their ancient lands of Kalimdor? And the Horde has basically won there completely? o_O
It's my hope that this is the beginning of the end for the factions. Let them still exist as they do, we don't have to retool everything. But I don't think we heal, worrying about who won where. We let new life flower and grow and nourish it in a better world than the one we have.
For us the horde, both warfronts were a complete disappointment. Fought for literally nothing in a cause that none of us supported and went against everything the Horde stood for. Haven't technically won the Darkshore or Arathi. As ancient as Kalimdor is for night elves, it's still dangerously close to Orgrimmar. I honestly thought when Amirdrassil blooms in the ED, it would show up in our world where Teldrassil used to be. Guess not. If the night elves were going to move to the dragon isles anyway idk why not canonically give the victory to the horde. This is just a bunch of messed up bad writing that I hope they end up fixing in the next xpacs.
@@Lacriimah DId you read Exploring Kalimdor? It said that it was an "empty victory" for the night elves, as most life in Darkshore was essentially dead. :(
