Thanks so much for doing this teaching. I just had my 3 rd surgery in 13 months and I went through a scary time each surgery weaning off the OxyContin. I’m normally a faith filled follower of Jesus but I seriously fought the feeling of just wanting to give up and die. Each time you go through a horrible emotional roller coaster of feelings that life isn’t worth living and crying uncontrollably while weaning off and getting it out of your system.
I’m passed that point now for the third time only by the Grace of God!
He has blessed me with a wonderful life, living in Hawaii now, not Minnesota where I was born and raised. And they are having a snow storm today. I’m thanking God, that I’m here recovering from foot surgery.
Your message today spoke right to my heart, I’m going to pray for help on my vision and continue to give God all the Glory for helping to live through this past year and those pain pills!
Also I really loved how you waved and said Hi to Nancy as she drove by, your whole face lit up! You can see the love between you two!! God bless all of you involved in this ministry!!😇❤️🙏🌺🌴🌈🏖

Spat out my drink laughing at "do I want to be a great cat breeder?"

Vision is so much more than just having open eyes. (Thankful we are avoiding another cat breeder!)

The phrase “A life of vision [is] self-sustaining” - when lived out - takes away the pain of the losses that occur with aging. That’s the nugget for me today. My life is lived for another Kingdom. What a vision. That IS the way to start my day. Thank you. 😊
