I'd love to do dehydrated recipes but I just don't have the patience. I eat fruits during the day mono meals ie grapes , mangoes, banana's....maybe a smoothie and then my last meal is typically a 3 ingredient salad lettuce, cucumber and tomato with a home made dressing. As a man here in the UK I love the simplicity of the raw diet and the feeling of inner peace and wellbeing I get from eating without having to process. I only went raw recently in 2020 during the lockdown where I just did a 57 day juice fast and from there I went high raw and stopped eating dead meat, dairy. Still was drinking wine which I slowly reduced as alcohol would make me crave cooked starch. Then the following year in 2021 I did 105 day juice. I think I just have to try and be organised more to try the gourmet raw recipes, that's the only thing is that I have to wait for dehydrating and soaking/sprouting......Plus I can't find many raw vegan food restaurants here in London only 3 I've seen in central. Your recipes look great and no doubt taste good though so keep up the good work🍉🫐🍐🍎
That's amazing the length of time you fasted for. I'm going to fast throughout Feb. Excited for the peace/clarity of mind that comes and rest of the digestion and detachment of food . I started this journey during lockdown too, and fasted first. Best thing I ever did!
I tend to dehydrate throughout the night so it's ready in the morning. You do have to be organised. I'm in Brighton and looking for raw food restaurants, any you could share would be appreciated? 🙏🏾💓

What size are your brown liners? I think I have 14-inch ones. I am trying to figure out if I need to increase the volume of the mix.

The brown, pliable mold you pour the wrap mixture into...what's that called, and how can I get one online? From the looks of it, the mixture is about 1/2" thick going into the dehydrator. Thanks.
It's a dehydrator silicone tray. I got it from Amazon.😊

I’m curious to ask if the dehydrator consumes a lot of energy as it takes time for the wrap to dry out.
Not really, when I last checked it was about £1.00/ 24 hours . Very ego-friendly. I thought the same before purchasing it.

These are 12 by 10.6 . I have e just ordered 14 x14 inch ones
I’m wondering if you can use juice pulp to make the wrap to dry in the dehydrator?
I haven't tried it so not sure how it would turn out as its all the fiber - I would mix it with some watery ingredients to make sure you don't get any cracks in the wraps.

Can i use ground flax seeds instead of the psyllium husks
I see lots of raw wrap recipes with flax so it should be fine!
@@bethann2165 I purchased some psyllium husk and made wraps. WOW! What a difference. A lot stronger. They hold up to tight wrapping.

What is the amount of carrots?
Depends on your yield, I think I might have used about 6 or 7 medium ones. I don't over use the carrots as it can break the wraps. In-joy 🙏🏾💞
