Hidden camera discovered in public bathroom at Southern California chiropractic clinic

- Clients at a chiropractic office in Valencia, California are disturbed after a hidden camera was discovered inside a public bathroom.
The camera was found at The Joint Chiropractic located on McBean Parkway. "I kind of freaked out, like what is this?” said the worker who discovered the camera. “I took pictures and put it my pocket and went to the front desk."
The small video camera was found taped inside a cabinet located directly across from the toilet. It was connected to a power bank and was likely providing live video to whoever initially planted the camera.

It is impossible not to use a public toilet, sometimes, especially when travelling far for appointments, meetings, shopping,, restaurants, airports, office, school..children and elderly often need to go. Plus, it is not good to hold ..

I have to use it at work. I’m always paranoid about this. I check sometimes with the lights off, using cell phone light to see if it reflects off the camera lens. I use the mens bathroom instead of the women’s, because I figure it’s safer.

I'm glad it was one of the employees that found it and spoke up. I wouldn't doubt that it's one of the Chiropractors there. The Joint Chiropractic tends to have Chiropractors go to other Joint Chiropractic to do their practice, so I would investigate other Joint Chiropractic offices that those Chiropractors work at and see if there are cameras there too. If they see they can do it in one place, they'll set up at another as well.
A similar crime was committed recently in a Starbucks in San Jose.
The Joint chiropractic is a very shady business in Southern California.

Several times I walked into bathroom and saw male employee in there unannounced. If they are going to be in there, there should be an out of service sign or something. Another time I was in the bathroom and noticed a drag walk in later i saw a flash under the bathroom towards my side. I cant confront if I dont have proof. i mean if they wanna see me on the toilet or be a creep...

Why would you go to the front desk??? Walk out normaly and contact police. You alerted the culprit by doing that.
I know not very smart.. stay in the restroom and call 911. When they arrive show them what you see and ask if they can investigate fingerprints. Don’t tell the employees until officers have seen it first.
