It saw service in iran though in which a f-22 flew right under a pair of iranian f-4s without them even realizing. Then the f-22 rose up beside them to which the iranian pilots subsequently shit their pants
@@bmdoes_stuff6861 Yeah, I know Iraq got a couple of them during the war back in 1984 and used them for crazy Top Gun style CAP missions just like the one you described. The look on Iran's face when they saw an F-22 with 16 AIM-260s lol!
@@bmdoes_stuff6861yeah- F-4s. They’re gen 3 fighters. It’s no feat that the F-22 (a 5th gen stealth fighter) rose up behind them without being detected. The F-4 ran an AN/APQ-120 radar, which would never have detected an F-22. For the F-22 to be worth its cost, I would want to see it prove itself again an SU-57, for a fair fight
I can't explain why, but I've always preferred the looks of the YF-22A to the production-model Raptors. I think it might be the fewer angles on the wingtips, as it kinda reminds me of an earlier F-16A (Block 1 to 10). I guess it just has a very late 80s/early 90s look to it
what i notice is the nose has more angles and comes to more of a point which looks dope. i personally like the production 22's more because they look sleeker to me.
@dsafgsh What unreliability? Let the jet first be mass produced with finalized model with its even more powerful designated proper engine first before going for the usual anti russian bias againsts Russian Jets. Pretty sure Su 57 has more stealth than most planes out there except F22 and F35 while not sacrifisingthe potential to be the most dominating Non BVR jet as well. Heck even in BVR that Jet is scary with its hypersonic missiles. Not saying its superior to anything but as an avid lover of fighter birds, I love everything F22 to F14 to the Migs and Su's and hate seeing stupid bashing and ego boasting especially from the American side.
@@Pioneer_DEIt's only for the prototype model . The su 57 rcs is not known . Even the f22 rcs are classified . These things are not that easy to find on the internet . People just make them based on conclusions .

@@prosto_potomuwto Advantage to V tails: Ideally, with fewer surfaces than a conventional three-aerofoil tail or a T-tail, the V-tail is lighter and has less wetted surface area, so thus produces less induced and parasitic drag. However, NACA studies indicated that the V-tail surfaces must be larger than simple projection into the vertical and horizontal planes would suggest, such that total wetted area is roughly constant; reduction of intersection surfaces from three to two does, however, produce a net reduction in drag through elimination of some interference drag. Light jet aircraft such as the Cirrus Vision SF50, the Eclipse 400, the Sonex SubSonex or the Northrop Grumman RQ-4 Global Hawk unmanned aerial drone often have the power plant placed outside the aircraft. In such cases V-tails are used to avoid placing the vertical stabilizer in the exhaust of the engine, which would disrupt the flow of the exhaust, reducing thrust and increasing wear on the stabilizer, possibly leading to damage over time. In military aircraft, V-tails reduce the number of right angles on an aircraft, improving its stealth characteristics. Disadvantages to V tails: In the mid-1980s, the Federal Aviation Administration re-assessed the Beechcraft Bonanza due to safety concerns. While the Bonanza met the initial certification requirements, it had a history of fatal mid-air breakups during extreme stress, at a rate exceeding the accepted norm. The type was deemed airworthy and restrictions removed after Beechcraft issued a structural modification as an Airworthiness Directive. V-tailed aircraft require longer rear fuselages than aircraft with conventional empennages to prevent yawing. This tendency, called "snaking", was apparent on taking off and landing on the Fouga CM.170 Magister, which has a relatively short fuselage. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/V-tail I forgot you existed. I love seeing highly-sophisticated fighter jets flying around in the indigo blue skies above the southwestern deserts, their natural habitat.
Hi slavian. Long time no see
Doing my boy YF23 dirty with this banger
My lord, the people want the YF-23
But the YF-22 is more aesthetically pleasing than the YF-23.

Wow, down to the 4:3 screen ratio and cassette distortion?! This has aged masterfully! Delicious as always!
We need a YF-23 Black Widow one
Amazing, this makes me feel something weird and most edits aren’t able to do that, keep up the great work.
This home track is a throwback oh my god
You uploading this the same day I saw the Raptor Demo Team at NAS Oceana is AWESOME!
oh man that cassette futurism vibe this thing 💯
I cannot express my love for Captain Forever enough, and then you combine it with this beauty of a plane? C’est Magnifique. Chefs kiss.

Every upload gets better and better.
Great edit and I love that you use retrowave/synthwave and not phonk :- )
YF-23 please and congrats on 7k!
now i can relax
I'm glad you're still alive, I thought they had given you a strike with your last Azumanga video (the deleted one)
YF23 NEXT LETS GOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!
Nice way to start the Monday: a slavian video!
A god amongst planes
Very epic fighter
Since I hate balloons especially in parties I might myself buy a Lockheed Martin fifth generation F 22 stealth fighter jet worth my tax paying money
Yf 23 based
A juvenile soon to become an Apex Predator today
Really great video! Love the combination between the shots and the music. Would it be possible to do a YF-23.mp4 as well?
Absolute kino
Welcome back
swag plane
Where little dark age? Just kidding great video
Look the yf22 is literally the f22 but older
another banger 🗣🗣🗣🔥🔥🔥
Epik
Named my dog Raptor 11 years ago
yoooo honey, new slavian video
Bravo!
Very nice
I missed you slavian
👍🏻
Why did they change its shape to make the f22?
Yes i like the f22a better and the paint job.
sata andagi
Plis request indonesian air force thank you
Can you get every pilot to never yaw while he's pitching? I don't think so... What we need is a new F-4, with cannard rudder.
And that’s the reason no defence company is ever going to listen to you.
