    Fascinating! I'm not a medic (I watched out of interest in your evaluation of the cultural differences) and just want to say how lucky we are that you've chosen to work here in Ireland. Thank you so much. Now I hope you get your colleagues to go and let their hair down en masse after shift 😉

    I'm 22 and work in the financial sector where as my mam works in a hospital and she is a true Filipina mother. I'd say one big difference that she always talks about between here and home is that how prioritised your mental health is in the work place. There is such an emphasis on supporting employees both mentally and physically in comparison to back home. I have the biggest respect for you and all the healthcare workers kuya!!

    • @BoyetVentura
      @BoyetVentura  6 месяцев назад

      @@maya_a214 hello👋 I wonder if its the same sa financial sector? 🤔 But I agree that mental health here is given more importance compared back home. It’s not perfect as there isn’t a perfect country , wherever you go there will be pros and cons, but the quality of life is better❤️ thanks for your comment , ❤️❤️ appreciate it.

      @@BoyetVentura From what I hear very. In Greece we work 6-7 days. It's been official by government now. Plus the heat in the summer and all. In the company I will work in Dublin I can do 10 days streight and get the rest 4 days off. So Monday to next Wednesday and Thursday to Sunday off. I will for sure do this if I get the option. I know it cause a friend works already there. Plus Greek bosses only think of themselves.

      1st month ko sa Ireland so far maganda naman treatment ng mga kababayan natin sa akin. May mga nag ooffer ng free ride going to work at pauwi, nag bibigay ng pinoy food at nag bibigay ng tips. Siguro depende rin kung pano mo sila pakisamahan. 😊
