    Thanks for Reviewing my Alternative LEGO PF Motors and Parts. The WIFI Remote Control works excellent outdoors, I also sell the WIFI (Speed Controller) Remote for Variable Speed. The XL Motor has recently been replaced with a new Version, It now has same Torque and Colors as the Lego XL. Great job on the Review Video, looking forward to your future tests.

      1. Are the receivers in the rc combo and rc speed control combo different?
      2. Could I buy the wifi combo and then get additional wifi receivers?
      3. Are any of the receivers compatible with standard official lego power functions remotes?

    PF "lives" again!
    I think that PF getting 2.4gh tech is great, in the R/C world we have been using it for years and years, because it really is the best tech for R/C (at least of 2021). IR is outdated, and non-existent outdoors! For example, on my RC (Wltoys 144001 with some upgrades), I use the super popular and well priced (~$35-40) DumboRC radio and receiver, it's maximum range is around 1500 feet, I believe, which is farther than I can see my buggy!

    • @RacingBrick
      @RacingBrick  3 года назад +2

      Thanks for sharing this. I really like the other song, but the only downside is that it is licensed, so I need to go through a registration process every time I use it in a video, and there's a high chance RUclips flags it for a copyright claim, then I need to do the dispute process every time. It's pretty annoying, so I was looking for another song that comes from the YT audio library. I'll keep looking for something that's a better match or has no Content ID :)

    I have no problem with motors, hubs, and even technic parts bought on places like aliexpress. Why should Lego enjoy a monopoly for so long? Yes, I know there are some clone sets that are essentially copies of active products. That isn't right. All my pneumatic parts are non-Lego. Of course, I prefer Lego but have tons of non-Lego as well. The cost of Lego is too high. The clone remotes tend to be RF, which has some advantages. They also offer BT and hubs with rechargeable Lithium. I haven't found any IR clones yet, although I'm sure they are out there. I like IR because it is easier to interface with microcontrollers.
