Are you a Colombia citizens. Ive bene living in Colombia for a few months im scared to death to buy a property in Colombia because its hard to trust anyone even the lawyers are scammere. I recently sold a house in new york city and have a few dollars to invest. Any ideas
@@oscarromero1682 what I decided to do is keep my money from my house sale in the USA. I opened a SoFi savings account and a capital one savings account both are giving me 5% a year. I put 200k in each account. I will be living like a king in Colombia off the interest. I don't think buying in Colombia is a good idea mainly because I know if I did buy a property it would be so hard to sell in Colombia. I rented a gorgeous apartment on the 22nd floor of a brand new apartments building for 400$ a month if I ever need to leave Colombia all I need to do is pack a suitcase and Im gone with no attachments.
