In regards to the FEIE after the first 120k you do not start at zero. The IRS simply doesn’t charge you taxes on the first 120k but your rate of payment on taxes still applies as if you earned the 120k. For an example if someone earned 130k overseas. The first 120k is exempt but then the next 10k will be taxes on the effective tax rate as if you earned 130k. The way you explained it in the video the 10k would not be taxed. Just a heads up.

Absolutely! You don’t even need a visa to register for this. All you need to do is open a company which can be done with only a passport and upon opening, register it as the regimen simple.

It's not Colombia that has a high VAT, it's the USA that has a ridiculously low one
At least in Latin America, and the Caribbean, high VAT’s are necessary because so many people cheat on their income tax Hefner they work for cash.
