This looks yummy. I love that you share the amount of salt you add to your recipe. Most ppl say add salt according to your taste, but if you are new to cooking, you really don't know how much salt is needed to make the dish taste "according to your taste".

Baji there is qorma masala available here in delhi i use that instead of spcies you mentioned i tried it once but it turned out very hot and spicy i guess bcoz of cloves or khada masala. any tip
For the best tasting pealed almonds soak them over night. Taste and nutrition wise they are the best. In olden days mothers use to soak 10 almonds for their studding kids to have them empty stomach. It was commonly said that the kids get brainy, and they were!

qorma has yogurt, it all depends what yogurt you are using. every thing shows in the film! i never needed water, you did because of the yogurt consestency, you did right.

Bajia I made this over the weekend, it was really nice. I crushed the onions by hand and it was fine. The blanched almonds were perfect in the dish. Sometimes when I add yogurt to a dish as it's cooking, it can split - what is your strategy to avoid this happening?
yes you can, Please keep in mind that meat takes much longer to cook. So cook carefully when you are halfway let it get soft. Add water or pressure. When its cooked then bhoon till oil shows. Add yogurt when its nearly cooked. good luck

Mere liye to khud bhi se decide kerna ke what to cook today is hard. My family is choosy but I still cook every thing except what I my self dont eat Vegetables! I love tinde bujiya and tora-e bhujiya. I cant make gobhi aaloo well. Dont like cabbage at all or cooked mater or carrot tindas are not available in here I will try to make tora-e bhujya, we have some growing at home.

Just cook with yogurt for a while till the consistency is right! Watch it on youtube carefully for the thickness! You don’t have to bhoon it with yogurt. Don’t make korma with boneless beef ! pink onion add every thing including beef and 1 ½ cop water, pressure, open bhoon add yogurt!

my mother uses a similar recipe of grinding fried onions with yoghurt, it gives nice smooth texture, thank you, and i love the way you speak!

Healthy Qormah :) I feel that a person should eat less but enjoy proper cooking and eating. Good luck!
Its used in deserts and in most of our royal foods! Its strong just dont use too much.
