Even over a decade later and they still can't beat the Original! Battlefield Bad Company 2 has always been my favorite Battlefield of all time. Looks like EA is never going to make Bad Company 3.

B2042 looks fine but is so lacking of atmosphere, bc2 used to have bloom and dust in the enviroment so you can feel in a battlefield in the middle of the desert, also the cal 50 is missing 😣

I prefer the cartoonish exaggeration of Bad Company 2. The over-the-top wind gusts, the flashier reflections, etc etc

BC2 has much more atmosphere. War. Dust and details. BC2 has a Much better detailed background with hills/mountains and smoke etc etc. Also, the car explosion at

I hope they would add a on off option for "post processing style/color grading" of that era. Like blue-ish of BF3 and over bloom yellow-ish of BC2

Let’s talk about how impressive those graphics are for a 10 year old game! I might be crazy enough to like the mechanic and graphics more of BC2. I hope they integrate mechanics from bc2 into their new graphics processing systems! That would be great!
