Time to Reason there really is not anything new. It all exists already. The overlap, we see as we study on this journey, is everywhere. We and all are connected. I see similarities in all philosophies.
Time to Reason as in my name I study Stoic philosophy among other things. But my passage in the daily stoic this morning said this about Marcus Aurelius (great emperor of Rome) and his meditations. “A significant chunk of Marcus Aurelius’s “Meditations” is made up of short quotes and passages from other writers. This is because Marcus wasn’t necessarily trying to produce an original work- instead he was “practicing”, reminding himself here and there of important lessons, and sometimes these lessons were things he had read.” Ekhart is constantly practicing his learnings and sharing them with others as he feels that was his calling to do so and many like myself have benefited from that. Obviously he gets paid for that but I dare to say the money is completely secondary and nothing more then A bi- product to that mission.
Earlier, I was thinking that either I am a good person or a bad one I am only a person with good or bad habits I'll follow what's good not only to me but also to people who think of me as a friend

Killing 500 deers... It's absolutely insane! How can people be so cruel! A single deer is more than enough to feed 9-10 people... And in those times, Indian villages had 1000-2000 people living... This is absolutely cruel...

Then after few second passes he probe back the question in response “what you use to wash ur cloth when it is dirty” the farmer was little exasperated and replied “water”. The monk simply gave him a warm smile and said “the Buddhism is simply like a water that wash your dirty mind from five poison, the greed, anger, resentment, lazy and desire”
