i am sorry. the video is for general masses people of the every day life. civilians. but happiness. joy. contentment. that is just one of the emotions that prevent a monk to reach enlightenment. happiness is a worldly emotion that a monk need to let go of. the true fruit of meditation is inner peace and clear mind. not happiness. that way. you can reach enlightenment. but if this motivational video is using a monk to find happiness. you are half correct. happiness is temporary. but inner peace and clear mind is forever.🙏

It is time to drop them both.. We don't need to be kings because of prosperity and we don't need to renounce the world for Meditation and inner peace!!
We can be BOTH TOGETHER!!!
Why not to live in world of abundance with all the luxury and comfort and in the same time to shout "such a happiness".
It's up to us to live Totally and with richness in all the dimensions of Life!!

Wealthy people have lot of issues related to health, they took tablets for sleep
They drink alcohol to forget pain
But poor person doesn't need tablet or, wine
