What deceptive rubbish. Chronic physical and mental issues will not go away by doing meditation. Particularly ones that are chronic.
Will " being quiet" cure schizophrenia, for example ?
Will it restore a person's legs that he lost in a car accident, and that cruelly prevented him from climbing that mountain in the Himalayas ? A goal that was his life long passion, and for which he had trained for for years ?
Will it stop a chronic hoarder from endlessly collecting piles of junk ?
Or an OCD sufferer who feels compelled to perform meaningless rituals over and over ? No ! And many more examples can be found.
Meditation only conceals your underlying problems, makes you feel better about them. It will help minor challenges, but it isn't a permanent long term solution for serious issues. And if we're mini Gods ourselves, shouldn't ALL our problems be solvable with those "God like powers and abilities" we're alleged to possess ?

Hey guys, I just wanted to stop by to send some positive energy to all of you! These past years been very tough to me. Ive been challenged mentally, emotionally and certainly spiritually. I feel like i’m finally finding myself and who I was once before when I had peace. I am thankful to come across a channel like this one that shows me that we are really all one in the same. We all have these daily struggles that we deal with that can keep us up late at night but just know that you are not alone. Knowing that I can come here and openly express myself and see others doing the same gives me hope that the world will indeed be a better place but it starts with us. We have to set an example for others and I know we can do it. Peace and Love to ALL OF YOU BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE.

I’m a person who enjoys being alone. Alone is peace, because others energy disturbs mine to the point where I feel depressed, sad, angry, jealous, drained (ego driven emotions) I absorb their energy and it really takes a toll on me. Because I know I am not my thoughts, I am light, love, peace, but the mind has such momentum if you let it, it will take you over.
I also understand, I can’t avoid others, I have to learn balance and set boundaries. I have to come from a place of compassion and love in order to see that what others do/say is not about me, but it is about them. Anyways once you go down this inner path there is no going back. It’s not linear, it’s not easy, it’s not fun but it is worth it. It’s a lot of work and takes practice, but you’re not alone

Being alone does not mean not speaking; many lonely individuals are addicted to getting other people's attention, whether through controversial ideas or comments; this can lead to Social Media Anxiety Disorder, even if you do not talk. If you do not communicate, it is regarded as a scornful attitude towards others, and they will band together against you, intensely discussing you among themselves, resulting in harrassment against you.

      Jesus is coming soon.
      Heaven and hell exist.
Repent, receive His forgiveness and ask Him to take His rightful place in your life as your Savior and Lord.
Jesus died the painful death our sins deserve. John 3:17 says, “God did not send the Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.” By sacrificing himself for us on the cross, he took the punishment for all of our sins at once.
      Matthew 4:17
From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
      Luke 13:24
Strive to enter through the narrow gate, for many, I say to you, will seek to enter and will not be able.
      1 John 1:7
But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
      Matthew 10:28
Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell.
      John 3:36
Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.

This story truly resonated with me. I felt every bit of the king’s struggle and his ultimate realization that peace comes from within, not from external sources. The imagery of him quietly observing nature, slowly calming his restless mind, was so vivid and emotional. I could feel his transformation, and it was beautiful. This video is a gentle reminder that we often overlook the power of silence in a world filled with noise. But it also left me with a question: can being silent be a form of avoidance or indifference when others need us to speak up and support them?

But at the same time, you can be around hundreds of people and still feel alone. Even if you have so many around you, you can talk to about your thoughts and feelings. But just feeling alone in a world full of people is a tough feeling. I know what it’s like. I know there’s more who is feeling this way, and it will get better.we just have to give it time. Yea that’s the way to think but at the same time, it’s really tough atm. ❤ peace & Love🕉

It is very true. Silentness has a huge power.
If you talk too much then you want to stay silent. It will be very hard to be silent in a one go. It will take time, there will be disturbance around you in starting to get the silentness within you.
But once you slowly shift yourself completely in the silent zone then it will result in 10 times better focus.
“Practice this to improve the quality of yourself”.

@lee one can not prove or disprove a Devine creator. But I find no evidence of one, and overwhelming lack of evidence for one. Dogma is just a story to make one feel incomplete. The result is suffering and needless seeking
