- Hello and welcome to my latest tutorial.
To make this pendant you will need -
• 0.8mm wire (20g), 4 x 11" (28cm).
• 0.315mm weaving wire (28g) 250cm (I wind mine onto a bobbin, but you can cut lengths as you go if you prefer).
• Cabochon, mine is 25mm by 18mm (you can use a different size, just remember to adjust wire length and weave repeats accordingly)
• 3mm bead.
I no longer put links to tools on here.
The tools I use are:
• Tronex needle nose pliers
• Tronex short round nose pliers
• Tronex razor flush cutters
• Prestige flat-nose nylon jaw pliers
• Beadsmith bail pliers
• Occasionally I use tronex bent nose pliers
• Occasionally I use heavy-duty wire cutters
• Occasionally I use xuron needle nose pliers
• Bobeeze bobbins (medium size with no extra weights)

Kelly, you are so talented! I wish I could design but I just can’t seem to put the images in my head to paper. Absolutely delightful!

@@sandywall5266 I don’t draw. I just imagine what it should look like and go! You can go so many ways with wire. Simple to fancy like Kelly ❤ Just pick a rock and start wrapping 🥰🙏🏼
Thank you for explaining how to scoop the single wires around! I was having a time trying to get them right! You're awesome Kel!!❤
Oh great, glad you found it useful!! Have fun ❤️

WOW Kelly you are so good. I love your soft-spoken instructions and the great camera work.
Thanks so much! 😊
Thank you Kelly ❤ I’m not real new at this but you gave me some great tips and techniques! I mostly work with silver but the copper is beautiful. I’ve just learned the difference between wrapping and weaving and this is both together. I will be watching more of your tutorials 🙏🏼🥰
Oh thanks so much, glad it was useful. Have fun 💕🌹
Hi Kelly! I just did this one.. just need oxidized! You rock! You explain so well! Your puppy is cute too lol😂
😁 thanks so much, glad you found the tutorial useful 💕🐶
I just finished this one up using a less than stellar laborite stone I had on hand. It turned out beautiful despite a few issues I had along the way, nothing at all to do with the tutorial. I always admire how smooth and nicely you swoop and curve. Oh that is something I keep hoping one day will just become natural to me. Also I had trouble with the wire that you added the bead to. I didn't have the best option for a bead and once in place it kept sliding around. So I had to straighten the wire and figure out something else. I ended up making 2 curly q's in the wire but keeping the general flow of the wire on that side. It looks good now but I sure did dull that wire up with all the messing around I did. I guess that is what a buffing tool will help shine back up...
But the nice thing is the crack on the back of the stone that does not go all the way thru is hidden, as well as a small chip on the edge of the stone. The stone seems secure and held well so hopefully the crack will never finish and go thru. Someone will still love when I gift this to them
Sounds beautiful, you can always polish marked wires with nail buffers or fine sandpaper 💕
This is gorgeous 😍 ❤️
I needed something pretty to brighten my day. I had to put my baby girl down day b4 yesterday.
So sorry for your loss! 💔
@galehamby7697 thanks. She was only (not quite) 5 years old. She was from my daughters dog's first litter. I brought her home the day I had to put my male English bulldog down 😪 She didn't fill the hole but helped me cope. Then we found out she had Addisons disease n she gained a lot of weight. Been trying to get that off n she for tore the ccl on her left leg n the other day she tore the ccl on her right
Oh poor thing, so sorry to hear, hope you're keeping well, sending hugs 🤗💕❤️🌹
Wow that is beautiful 🥰
Thank you so much 💕

Hi Kelly! I am wondering if there is some sort of formula to increase wire lengths when using a larger stone than you are in your tutorials?
If your stone is bigger, add a few inches, maybe 4 inches for a much bigger stone 👍
It's just guess work really 😅
That's what I did. 😅
Hello Kelly was wondering where do you but your stones and wire from and if Etsy who is the best seller to purchase from...thank you
I meant to say buy from😊
I've been buying from stonescart lately, they've given me a discount code, so enter KJJ10 at checkout for 10% off. They're good, good price and the quality is really good 👍
Do you do mens tutorials? Even if they ate payed ones 😊
I have a few mens pendant tutorials, paid and free.

Thank you so much 🥰 Currently trying this as a beginner and you explain things beautifully. I appreciate you sharing your craft 🙏 mine isn't perfect but it's only my 13th piece I've attempted so I'm still proud ❤
Ooo fantastic!!
