  • Hello and welcome to my latest tutorial.
The Kiwi pendant tutorial is here:
    www.etsy.com/uk/listing/10299...
To make this pendant you will need -
    • 0.8mm wire (20g), 5 x 18" (46cm)
    • 0.315mm weaving wire (28g) approx 400cm (I wind mine onto a bobbin, but you can cut lengths as you go if you prefer)
    • cabochon, mine is 50mm (you can use a different size, just remember to adjust wire length and weave repeats accordingly)
    • beads, 5 x 2mm
I no longer put links to tools on here.
    The tools I use are:
    • Tronex needle nose pliers
    • Tronex short round nose pliers
    • Tronex razor flush cutters
    • Beadsmith flat nose nylon jaw pliers
    • Occasionally I use tronex bent nose pliers
    • Occasionally I use heavy-duty wire cutters
    • Occasionally I use xuron needle nose pliers
    • Bobeeze bobbins (medium size with no extra weights)

This is absolutely gorgeous! I did an almost identical oval weave for a huge aventurine but couldn't figure out how to keep it fastened in the back and aborted mission. This has inspired me to try again.

    Hi Kelly
Went back to rewatch Felicity bc i so love the design. It’s sleek and tho the weaving is not simple, the look of the finished pendant is simple and clean; which is perfect for this large stone. So impactful!

I'm obsessed, your tutorials are my favorites, I've watched at least 6 since yesterday. I finished a pendant last night that I started a week ago before I got sick, you helped me figure out finishing off all the wires. Making interesting bails is I think my weakness, I've been weaving for about 2 weeks now. So still very new. I'd love to send you pictures

I had to tell you how much I love your tutorials. They are just perfect.. I felt in love with wire wrapping while watching them. My very first wire wrapped item was the "1 weave pendant (tutorial)". I had never wire wrapped before, at all, but it ended, not perfect, but pretty nice though and that thanks to your so meticulous explanations❤👍Than I made the "Part 3" for beginners (with the stone) and to my astonishment and pleasure, it ended up really clean 😳 After that I adapted the "Captured" to a 1/2 oval stone. And today I finished "Felicity", and though it took a lot of time, it really was a bliss to do it all along .. 🥰I've tried other people's tutorials but I didn't enjoy them like I enjoy yours. For some the finish was even not half as good as it is with yours. So I must say yours are really perfect in every way, and as I'm a ..little bit.. perfectionist, I really, really enjoy following them. When I'll be good enough to buy some quality wire (I have silver plated copper for now), I will purchase also some of your beautiful tutorials. So thank you, really, for your beautiful work, your perfect tutorials (and your nice voice !). (And sorry for my bad English !)

Hahaha, thank you. He said it was tree agate, it's not see through, well it is in parts, it crystalises in parts so you can see through those bits. I have a Moss agate and it's completely different. Thank you, yes, Gracie the little monkey wouldn't sit still and she's normally so quiet 😅 💕
