Thank You Dr. Gundry for this podcast, very helpful and useful info, we personally appreciate your products and enjoy your magazine very much. God Bless.
When I found out that the peel of my orange was dyed orange to fool me into thinking it was a ripe orange….well that’s when I realized something was wrong. I will only eat fruit that’s truly ripened on the branch. No grocery store crap. Don’t eat that!!! Go to a local farm and orchards when there in season and pick your cherries, apples, berries and peaches off the Tree yourself.
Most of the real natural C is in the peel and pith actually. Agree 100% that fruits should be organic, local, and seasonal. Dr Gundry states this in many of his videos
It's only supposed to be partially reheated, Dr Grundy. I listened to that Lecture to, included were Mashed Potatoes, chill then o/ngt then, ..partially reheat. That part was really stressed, to make the Starch resistant.
I was telling someone yesterday that cashew have a lot of sugar and she answered me but is natural sugar as if different types of sugar are different for the body. People have no clue. I used to eat a lot of fruit I stopped and feel better. Fruit is what was causing the insulin resistance. Now if I do it’s only on summer.
Don't forget most fruits are whole foods. Many are loaded with super potent antioxidants (pomegrenade, lemons, apples, berries etc), healthy fibers, vitamins and minerals, that doesn't mean they should be eaten excessively of course, but to cut them out completely would be beyond unnecessary and counterproductive. Fruit juices are a whole different story though and should be avoided since they lack fiber and nutrients found in whole fruits.
Dr. Gundry: There is no doubt in my mind you are nothing but a phenomenal, great, very well-educated and informed individual. The only request/ Humble observation I have about your very interesting and life-saver podcasts is if you could please make them a little bit shorter. We all have busy lives and not everybody has 1+ hour to spend even though the information is great and very important. I could watch your podcast a little bit more and enjoy them a whole lot more if you could put all the very important information you have for us in a less amount of time. I hope you take this request/ observation on the positive way. I know you have a lot of information to share with us but that is why you can create more and shorter podcasts. Thank you
I wish Dr. Gundry's podcasts were much longer - hours longer! It is not that I have more time than other people, but I just don't listen to each one in one sitting. I listen to part of a podcast per day. As he doesn't do podcasts each day it makes sense to listen to them over the course of a few days (if you're short on time) and you'll be ready for it when the next podcast is dropped. That way Dr. G. can continue to give us all the info he wants to share without cutting out anything due to time restrictions. Try dividing up your podcast listening William!
