According to Martin: usually at their hotel, showering the stage sweat off.

My best guess is that Dave used shower gel ;)But jokes aside, this was backstage at the concert venue after the show. Dave probably went straight off to the hotel while Martin, Fletch, Peter, and Christian stayed at the venue and were filmed.
