Yo he pasado por todos los de Aeroméxico, desde el más nuevo y moderno hasta el más antigüito, y nunca he tenido problemas como este del despegue abortado.
Para mí es la mejor línea aérea de México, la tripulación es amable y la neta no necesito que me vendan nada a bordo, lo que ofrecen es más que suficiente, siento que si tienen "servicio de venta" como que bajarían de Premium a medio populachero como Viva Aerobus que, aunque nunca me he subido en esos, ahí sí te venden hasta el papel del baño!
También he viajado en Interjet, lindos aviones y amable tripulación y en Aeromar, en donde sientes que vas en un avión de la 2a Guerra Mundial pero también es padre y su tripulación súper amable, hasta te dejan sacarte fotos con ellos al final del vuelo!

Hola yo viajo mucho en viva principalmente porque es el único que tiene vuelos directos desde mi ciudad Villahermosa a otros destinos fuera de la CDMX, veo que los asientos de viva no son tan diferentes a los de aeromexico al menos en estas aviones “viejos” por la diferencia de precios esperaba más comodidad
Todas las aerolíneas tienen buen servicio; independientemente de su forma de operar; si con AM venden no perdería seria un ingreso más para la empresa que como sabrás esta quebrada...
Para viajar con mi familia me recomiendas la clase económica o mejor subir a la ejecutiva ?
Lo único que no me gusta de México es el aeropuerto los mexicanos se merecen un buen aeropuerto
Y nuestro presidente actual no va a dar uno mas pequeño y feo
Y ya estaban haciendo el aeropuerto que se necesitaba hace décadas pero por un berrinche se canceló por dar preferencia a uno que posiblemente no sirva.

@@evelinaencoreadelsur4680 Pues si, ya estaba en construcción un aeropuerto grande y moderno pero el viejo este, con tal de deshacer todo lo que se hizo en otras gestiones, lo canceló mediante una votación muy parcializada, organizada y vigilada por su partido, lo cual era ilegal pero igual nadie hizo nada, y con todo y el avance que ha se tenía y las protestas que hubo, nada importó. Casualmente y bajó el mismo sistema, todas las obras que él propone resultan ganadoras, es un chiste y esto del aeropuerto ya nos está costando mucho dinero. El aeropuerto que el propone no tiene ningún estudio de factibilidad pero ya se construye y las aerolíneas ni siquiera lo han aprobado, además de que quiere mantener el actual y el nuevo, en lugar de concentrar las operaciones en uno sólo. Lo de Venezuela sonará trillado pero se se les dijo, este viejo no acepta ninguna opinión que no sea la suya.
Ya estaba en construcción un aeropuerto de primer mundo.
Pero el actual presidente lo canceló para poder meter sus empresas a trabajar en otro más pequeño y con una ubicación pésima.
En verdad no se como rayos alguien votaría por ese tarado que se cree economista.😒
Extraño los tiempos en donde te daban comida caliente a bordo, de niño viajaba solo en Aeromexico alla por el 1999-2004 y el servicio me gustaba mucho, ahora supongo que por costos, ya no dan tanto comida caliente, el servicio en este video me gusto, aunque creo que no esta tan alejada la experiencia a VivaAerobus (la cual me sorprendio) y Volaris, digo al menos ahi te dan la opcion de comprar algo mas de comer que galletas XD ... Este comentario solo esta enfocado a las amenidades dentro del vuelo...
A mí me pasó una vez lo mismo rumbo a Bogotá, el avión corriendo en pista desacelera para cambiarnos de avión ya que tenía un problema, unos días de haber retirado a sus 737-800 MAX
Ive flown Aeromexico a few times before! usually alwyas get the 737-700 which is the one that always gets deployed to mexicali. really only fly on the -800 one if im connecting. I do fly volaris a lot more though.
I flew AMX 4 of the 9 times in 2 years flying to Mexico City to visit my while, was really pleased with the product offered. Flew AM plus once since I had an extra cash to spare and wanted more leg room. If Interjet has minimun WiFi in their flight from Chicago to MX City I would of been pleased because of the vast economy seating space. Overall enjoyed flying AMX.
I flew from Vancouver- Mexico City- Cancun and back with AMX and had a great experience with them. On the CUN-MEX leg on the return we got on one those contigo planes and after flying the regular -800's from YVR-MEX and MEX-YVR you could definitely see a difference. But I still got great service on all the flights and I would definitely fly with AeroMexico again.

I’ve flown AM 12 times this year and the planes I was in did have personal screens, usb outlets and “wifi” (which never worked btw) but the planes were def much neater than what shown here, overall AM is my fav Mexican airline
The difference in this video is that this 737-800 is and older one. And the wifi is only for whattsapp and the entertainment from Aeroméxico. If you want to use other apps you have to pay i think $12MXN
En el minuto 4:22 hiciste una toma espectacular del 700, "El Plateadito", yo le digo así de cariño y sí, estoy de acuerdo que su acabado es espectacular y cuando lo ves de día brilla mucho y se ve padrísimo! Me ha tocado viajar muchas veces en ese avión "Plateado" y aunque no trae conexiones ni pantallas ni nada porque ya está viejito, me sorprende la altura a la que sube, me ha tocado ir a 41 ó 43,000 pies y he tenido viajes sorprendentemente rápidos en ese grandioso avión!
Oye y para ir a Tijuana y que los hayan subido sólo 24,000 pies es que sí algo andaba mal, esa altura es la de los vuelos cortos; originalmente creo que dijeron volarían a 36,000 y lo bajaron a 24,000!!!, no pues wow, definitivamente algo andaba mal en el avión.
Jajaja, me da risa el que de los nervios hasta se enfermó y se bajó cuando abortaron el despegue, no bueeeeeeeno, "le falta más avión", jijijiji!

Not of fan of the "Contigo" product at all. I use to enjoy flying with them, but this new concept has me disappointed. I've flown their "Contigo" product from SFO--GDL/GDL--SFO and LAX--GDL/ GDL--LAX various times and it's whack. The legroom is 29' NOT 31' and they have some really OLD interiors. Interjet has a much better economy product and legroom on these same routes. I am sad that Delta ended their flights to GDL from LAX as I enjoyed the product on their 737-900s.

I have flown AeroMexico just a few times, unfortunately weren't the best experiences. Once I flew Business Class to Los Cabos on a very worn-out and dirty plane with no food service! Oh! By the way, FA was kind of careless to me.
It’s funny to go to Mexico and fly from Tijuana, it’s like you’re in a different world. Yes, I have flown Aeromexico out of Tijuana to Mexico City✈️👍🍀

I recommend the 737 800 you can.pay 50usd dollars extra and get the premiuim seats more leg room reclines better and has padded footstools.

Me paso en un vuelo a Hermosillo, sentí que tardo mucho el despegue en la pista de aterrizaje y cuando se elevó sonó horrible, luego el avión giró en círculos, pero no comentaron nada los pilotos, pensé que nos regresarían al aeropuerto de nuevo.
A mi igual me paso en hmo hace unos dias, el avión fallo en elevarse 2 veces en los mismos 30 segundos y la tercera vez si se logro elevar pero las llantas rechinaron horrible, pensé que ahí quedaba jaja

Yeah that Contigo service begun on January and lasted most of the 2019 on the route to Mexicali, I flew on it and yeah definitely I’m not a fan of it, thankfully the normal modern 737’s of AeroMéxico returned to Mexicali

Flown this exact plane before 2x GDL-SFO. I’ve hated it. It’s always a mess. Website said personal entertainment, WiFi and USB outlets only to find out both times it was this exact plane. Personally, i rather fly Interjet if Aeromexico planes are like this.

Well including the 2-3 hours we spent in the ground after the rejected takeoff it did turn into almost 6 hours
Not sure what plane they use for international flights but I used aeromexico for my trip to Spain and the plane felt brand new and was way nicer than this plane
It was one of their 787 Dreamliners, for sure. I flown CDMX-TIJ precisely in one, the 787-9 Quetzalcóatl, a beautifu one.
rumor has it that Aeromexico no longer flies these older 737s. Can someone confirm or debunk this?

That airline is costly. Any US carriers take you to MEX for less. Aeromexico's fleet is very lovely and has a reputation for excellent service. You get what you paid for.
What was the issue with the aircraft that it had to fly at 24K?
The rejected takeoff was caused by a pressurization issue. And after research I connected the dots and realized 1 of the 2 packs was not working. This meant that while the aircraft could still fly, it was limited to 25,000ft in order for the cabin to be properly pressurized with just 1 system working.

Estos son los 737 NG
Los que "se caen" son los 737 Max8, pero esto ocurre gracias a un error en el sistema MCAS (desconozco la funcionalidad de ese sistema), Boeing ya está trabajando en la actualización y mejora del software de este sistema, mientras todos los 737 Max siguen en tierra en espera de que se les vuelva a autorizar volar de nuevo

I bought a economy ticket and end the end I they make pay like a first class tickets because my luggage for 2 I pay $200 for the weight, wend I just arrive. And for my return they charged me another $ 100 and 10 extra dollars, because there is not include in the amount I pay already. Afterwards how cares if I have the money or not, I founded that my husband who is the one is paying for the extra money he was in the hospital recovering for a heart attack symptoms,. NOT even mentioning that I'm recovering from a big surgery that I got 2 years ago and I'm still with no job. Everyone have their own story but I'm for sure who cares about it it's just a comment bye 👋
