    I agree with you on the comment about AA Hub in Miami being neglected, haven't changed anything in years!!

    I agree that American should put back the IFE screens on their single aisle fleet, I don't feel it's going low cost though, they offer better seats and drink options than United and Spirit, waaaay better than any airline within Europe for sure. But I do agree with u, they gotta do a way better job on their domestic product and expand internationally as well. Their wide body fleet is better than the other majors I think.

    I have flown on American Airlines for many years and for me seemed is a good airline but facing a lot of criticism and backlash. American Airlines trying to survive to continue on operations.
    I remember the problems started years ago when American Airlines merged with TWA and many analysts and airlines experts warned American Airlines not to merged with TWA but the CEO at those times Bob Crandall ignored the warnings and move on and
