The old PS1 had tons of great games, but i will never forget the first time playing Metal Gear Solid.....What an experience! I really enjoyed the shooters and platformers on that console. Fun fact, i played my first RPG on the PS1.
Nice, there are a ton of RPG's on the PS1. IMO Square's finest work was on the PS1

@@SmashJTHow could a 1st party game be a hidden gem? The game was lauded at the time. Maybe it was a forgotten gem. With the retro scene, it's mentioned a lot. The games which are rarely mentioned are the import-only sequels, most likely due to the language barrier.

I always say "I'm going to beat 50 games this year". I usually hit mid 20's lol. I'm right on track.
I think I ranked Jumping Flash! 2 my favorite game of all time. The games have really intriguing levels to explore and are filled with goofy characters. The second game has labyrinths floating in the sky which you enter with zero load time. It's like a level within a level. I'd like a true JF3 (there were some JF games in JPN, but super different), but with some new mechanics. Maybe they could borrow from some other gravity-defying games.
The series seems to be prime for a sequel or at least a re-master
Not my favorite genre, but the PS2 which really started to mature and become popular is horror. All them horror games are super popular in the retro scene now. I'd say PS2 also started getting building FPS, but that genre hit its stride in the PS3 era.
The PS2 is so dominate. IMO its the best console of all time
I have to go back to Medal of Honor on PlayStation the soundtrack and everything if you play that in the dark turn up the volume of the soundtrack are you playing that was a cool game
I didn't think you were going to say anything about Ohio State but there is a university that is probably the number one of all time wins they're going to play on Saturday. I'm just being nice I'm not going to trash talk. Cuz I'm a nice guy
